Continuation Of Urban Culture In The Transformation Of Old Industrial Buildings In Northeast China

With the rapid development of society and the transformation of industrial structure,the tertiary industry has developed rapidly and slowly replaced the traditional industrial production mode,so a large number of industrial buildings have been left in the city.How to deal with these old industrial buildings has become a common concern of the society.At present,two solutions are usually adopted,one is direct demolition,and the other is preservation and reconstruction.Direct demolition is the most chosen solution,but it will produce a lot of construction waste.Because people attach importance to environmental protection,more waste factories realize the rational use of resources by means of transformation and reuse,avoiding environmental pollution and waste of resources.As the base of China’s heavy industry development,Northeast China has a profound industrial culture,and Shenyang,as the main city of Northeast China’s heavy industry development,has many historical memories in industrial production,among which Tiexi District is the most representative.The development of Tiexi in Shenyang is a history of industrial development.Since the last century,most of Shenyang’s industrial factories have been set up in this area.After years of social development,Tiexi District has initially formed a planned group of cultural and creative parks,which provides experience and reference for the transformation of local old industrial buildings.In this paper,through studying a large number of cases of old industrial building renovation at home and abroad and on-the-spot investigation,we have a systematic understanding of existing old industrial renovation cases,analyze their advantages and disadvantages,summarize the design strategies of successful cases,and analyze the common characteristics and shortcomings of existing cases to provide reference for project design.By visiting the old industrial buildings in Tiexi District,Shenyang,the old industrial buildings with renovation value are selected,the overall operation status is analyzed,and the optimization scheme and design idea are put forward.In actual operation,according to the project design process,the idea is determined first,and then the creative design that meets the actual functional requirements is carried out in the order from analysis to planning.This project will be transformed into the original Shenyang Flywheel Factory,and now it is a cultural and creative park of "Fengtian Memory,Tiexi Impression".After many on-the-spot investigations and on-the-spot visits,firstly,it analyzes its present situation and forms a preliminary optimization idea.Then,referring to the successful cases of transformation,it is determined that the design is based on "cultural inheritance,supplemented by business",and this purpose is reflected in all aspects of design.Finally,through the detailed analysis of geographical location,traffic situation,audience and functional requirements,the new planning of the building weight of the park is made,and the internal space design is carried out by selecting the building that mainly embodies the theme of cultural communication,so as to achieve the goal of the integrated development of the overall culture and business in the park.
