Research On Spatial Transformation Design Of Existing Industrial Buildings Oriented By Cultural And Creative Industry ——Take The "Hechai-1972" A13 Plant As An Example

In the context of the city’s transition from incremental expansion to inventory optimization,existing industrial buildings in old industrial areas are faced with the choice of being idle,abandoned or transformed,and the existing industrial buildings that have been transformed also have inconspicuous spatial characteristics and transformation modes.Serious homogenization and other problems.With the increasing awareness of industrial cultural protection,cities are actively exploring new models for the protection and utilization of existing industrial buildings and new paths for space transformation.One of the important issues is to formulate suitable renovation strategies according to local conditions and provide reasonable methods for different types of existing industrial buildings,which is the key to scientifically develop existing industrial buildings.Based on the above background,this paper takes the space transformation of existing industrial buildings oriented by the cultural and creative industries as the research object.The typical cases of the park and related theories are summarized and sorted out,and the similarities and differences in the protection background,development mode and research focus of existing industrial buildings at home and abroad are compared and analyzed.Secondly,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of transforming existing industrial buildings into cultural and creative industrial parks through SWOT analysis method;analyze the transformation mode of existing buildings in combination with the policies of "remove the second and enter the third" and "return the second to the second";Space types are classified,so as to propose specific renovation methods according to existing industrial buildings with different characteristics,such as space integration,space division,space augmentation,space demolition,etc.Thirdly,from the perspective of design principles,functional organization,space atmosphere creation and space renovation design,the space renovation strategies of existing industrial buildings guided by the cultural and creative industries are analyzed.Finally,taking the“Hechai·1972”A13 workshop renovation project as an example,the background and current situation of the project are analyzed,and its renovation theme positioning and renovation ideas are summarized.Combined with the previous research results,three renovation strategies are proposed: catalyst effect,acupuncture strategy and space atmosphere creation.;According to the current characteristics and functional requirements,space design strategies such as plane function planning,streamline analysis,and space transformation are proposed to confirm the rationality of the research results.The cultural and creative industry-oriented existing industrial building space renovation strategies described in this study can provide reference for similar practical projects,and the summarized existing industrial building space renovation methods can provide theoretical guidance for the existing building space renovation under the background of inventory optimization.Figure [82] table[8] reference [40]...
