With the acceleration of urbanization process,urban traffic pressure is more and more intense.Urban rail transit is favored by more and more cities because of its large transport volume,fast transport speed and less ground space.Among them,the operating mileage of metro accounts for 76.4% of the total mileage of urban rail transit,which is the main component of urban rail transit.Subway projects have the characteristics of long construction period,large capital investment,complex construction technology,etc.,so there are more uncertain risks in the construction process,and safety accidents often occur.From the perspective of system construction,on the basis of statistical analysis of subway construction safety accidents,this study analyzed the causes of subway construction safety accidents,discussed the construction of smart site safety monitoring system for subway projects combined with big data,Internet of things and other technologies,and carried out in-depth analysis and research on the smart site safety monitoring system for subway projects.This study counted 211 cases of subway construction safety accidents,summarized the regularity of subway construction safety accidents,deeply analyzed the causes of subway construction accidents,determined the risk factors of subway construction,and studied and analyzed the main contents of subway construction safety monitoring.Through the method of literature research and case study,the paper discusses the main contents of smart site safety monitoring system for subway project,including three dimensions: business function system,technical facility system and organization management system.According to the constructed smart site safety monitoring system and the existing smart site standards,the evaluation indexes and evaluation standards of smart site safety monitoring for subway projects are determined.On the basis of expert rating,DEMATEL-ANP method was used to determine the importance of each indicator,and SPSSAU and Super Decisions software were used to calculate the weight of the indicator.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the safety monitoring construction of a subway project smart site,and the feasibility and rationality of the evaluation system is demonstrated.The two-dimensional quadrant method is used to analyze the evaluation results,and the relevant optimization and improvement suggestions are put forward.This study provides theoretical guidance for the construction of smart site safety monitoring for subway projects,and provides a reliable basis for government departments to identify and evaluate smart site safety monitoring.
