Research On Safety Accidents Caused By Subway Construction

At present,our country economic development speed,the increase of the number of the car speed has been far more than the expansion of the urban roads,urban transportation problem has become the common fault of the modern people could not face.Because of its fast,accurate,safe and large carrying capacity,the subway plays a significant role in alleviating urban traffic congestion and promoting the healthy development of urban rail transit.As of June 2017,there have been 29 cities in China that have completed the construction of the metro,13 cities are under construction,and the construction of China's subway has ushered in a period of golden development.In helping China to become the world's largest "City Subway Construction Market",the great leap forward national each big city subway at the same time,all kinds of construction safety accidents emerge,also let makes people began to re-examine these years in domestic city "underground heat".This study using C + + write NetCrawler web crawler program,implementation of the subway construction safety accident cases collected,main crawl since 2007 to 2016,State Administration of Work Safety,Provinces(districts,cities)State Administration of Work Safety and Safety Management Network public release of safety accident investigation report or accident description of subway project.After multiple screening and selecting 57 cases of text accident that meet the requirements.According to the statistical analysis of different cities,different time periods and different types of accidents in the sample,the results show that,2008 and 2011 are two years of high frequency of construction safety accidents during the study period.January,July and August of each month,between 7:00-9:00 and 15:00-17:00 each day,on Wednesday and Thursday,the frequency of subway construction safety accidents is higher.The collapse type accident is the highest frequency accident type in subway construction,accounting for 45.61%.And then,import the data to Nvivo internal data through Proceduralised Grounded Theory encoding process: open coding-axial code-selecting coding,coding and classification the subway construction safety accident text node,to build the subway construction safety accident cause of node model.The result of coding shows that human,object,environmental conditions,management factors are the four dimensions that cause accidents of subway construction accidents.On this basis,according to the contents of the original nodes of Nvivo,through a comprehensive analysis of many causes during construction stage.Management factors and human factors are the key causes of accidents.Finally,for those high risk vulnerabilities the key cause of accident and the loopholes in management in the process of subway construction in China,relevant accident prevention measures are put forward.The probability and frequency of safety accidents of subway construction are reduced.Relative to most of other domestic related research,the innovation of this paper lies in:(1)Take the lead in using web crawler automatic extraction of web application,has realized the collection of subway construction accident case,broke through the traditional project management data collection methods,enriches the application of project management data collection method.(2)Reference Proceduralised Grounded Theory encoding process to realize the accident cause of model building,expanding method of the model of the research of project management about risk,and identification of hazards or potential safety hazard.(3)The factors that cause subway accident research targeted chose the frequent accidents during subway construction,to find out the defects of subway construction in management level,technology application or human cause in this stage,which has certain reference significance for the whole subway construction management in each region.
