Abstract/Summary:
Subway project construction is a complex system composed of factors such as human,material,environment,organization and so on.It is characterized by the huge investment,complex construction environment,high technical difficulty and the uncertain factors.Construction requires not only the use of large-scale machinery and equipment,but also the need for different types of workers with the close cooperation.A variety of factors of interaction and safety management problems will lead to security risks.Based on incomplete statistics,63 safety accidents occurred in the construction of the domestic subway since 2010 to 2016.The occurrence of security incidents,not only causes serious casualties and economic losses,but also affects the construction process and duration.Therefore,it is of great significance to construct the cause of the accident of the subway construction safety accident by analyzing the cause of the subway construction safety accident and its causal relationship with each other.Based on this,how to analyze the key factors and their relationship between the safety accidents in the subway construction from the perspective of the cause of the accident and the appropriate theory and method,to explore the cause of the accident chain and accordingly put forward the corresponding preventive measures,are important parts of the paper.In order to effectively reduce the occurrence of security incidents and the loss of safety accidents,the accidents can be investigated from the search for the impact of factors.According to the theory of accident cause,it is urgent to explore the cause chain of safety accidents in subway construction.The specific research contents are as follows:1)By analyzing the relevant information of safety accidents,this paper constructs four aspects of the cause of accident management of subway construction including human,material,environment and organization.By analyzing the influencing factors in detail,the causing factors of subway construction safety accidents are determined.2)According to the identified cause factors,with the help of computer programming technology,a data collection platform of subway construction safety accident cause is built.Through the analysis of accident investigation report to collect data,the database of subway construction safety accident cause is established.By using the association rule Apriori algorithm,the maximum frequent itemsets and strong association rules are selected.With the cause of accident "2-4" model,the subway construction safety accident caused by the chain is explored.3)Taking the gas leakage accident of Xi’an Metro Line 4 as an example,the causes of the accident are discovered and analyzed by the application of subway construction safety accidents,forming the cause chain of the accident.From the cause of the accident,it can be seen that the direct reason is the use of machinery for the construction of the pile.Indirect reason is driven by the chances of failure to follow the standard requirements of artificial probe,resulting in insufficient probe hole density.And the construction of the envelope within the scope of the pipeline is not clear.The main reason is the loopholes in the safety management of the construction of the retaining piles,the lack of investment in safety education and training,the sluggish safety management and the lack of responsibility for safe production.The root cause is the lack of corporate safety culture,which manifests that the safety commitment is not in place and security affairs involve in advocacy ineffectively.Therefore,the author puts forward some practical measures to provide reference for cutting off the cause of safety accidents and reducing the occurrence of safety accidents.According to the use of behavioral safety methods,some effective measures can be put forward.
