Abstract/Summary:
With the development of artificial intelligence technology,intelligent design has attracted the attention of researchers and many industries.Interactive Evolutionary Design(IED)is a human-computer integration intelligent design method that combines human perceptual intelligence with computer rational computing.Among them,the user’s evaluation of the evolution scheme is the key to realize the evolution iteration.However,most of the current IED method researches focus on the overall evolution scheme.The lack of comprehensive consideration from the overall and local aspects of the scheme affects the performance of interactive evolution.In view of this,this thesis conducts research from the following three levels.Theoretical research level: First of all,this thesis briefly describes the research status of Interactive Evolutionary Design and the related principles of Construal Level Theory.Then,from the perspective of the Construal Level Theory,this thesis analyzes the cognition of designers in the traditional IED process,summarizes the cognitive characteristics of designers in the IED process and the shortcomings of traditional IED,and puts forward the idea of integrating the whole and the part to carry out individual evaluation.Finally,based on this idea,an evaluation mechanism model integrating the whole and the part is proposed.Method research level: On the one hand,based on the evaluation mechanism model integrating the whole and the part,a specific calculation method of individual fitness value is proposed.On the other hand,taking the side shape of XCMG brand single drum roller as an example,the construction method of local shape library with brand family characteristics is given.Practical research level: First,the traditional and improved Interactive Evolutionary Design systems for construction machinery modeling are developed using Matlab.Then,through task experiments,the differences between the two are compared,and the improved method can improve the efficiency of IED.Finally,according to the satisfied side shape generated by the improved IED system,further detailed design is carried out,and a single drum roller shape design scheme is output.
