Based on the current situation to carry out a wide range of second-hand construction machinery trading but lack of professional evaluation method as the research background, a brief introduction of each important part of engineering machinery, engineering machinery research divides into three major parts of the fault principle, thus formulates the evaluation criterion of Engineering machinery. Finally,combined with LabVIEW software development platform, developed based on virtual instrument engineering machinery appraisal system portable.Set up parameter data acquisition hardware system of engineering machine state by using various types of sensors and data acquisition system, as the understanding of engineering machinery working condition means. Through the experiment collected data set national standards for engineering machinery detection and evaluation requirements of the frequency-domain integral algorithm, EMD algorithm, non load engine dynamometer algorithm, time domain index of bearing vibration research, do a strong support for the evaluation of Engineering machinery.Using the LabVIEW software development platform, combining with the parameter data acquisition hardware system of engineering machine state, developed engineering mechanical power system evaluation system based on virtual instrument,the evaluation system of engineering machinery transmission system, evaluation system of hydraulic system of Engineering machinery. Using the developed system on the construction machinery engine temperature, engine vibration, engine starting performance, speed reducer gear reducer bearing vibration, the vibration condition,bearing of reducer EMD algorithm, the hydraulic pump hydraulic pump pressure,temperature and hydraulic pump vibration were analyzed and evaluated, as to determine the factors of construction machinery comprehensive fuzzy evaluation system set weight basis.Describes the principle and process of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the study from the analysis method to determine the weights of evaluation system. Themembership degree to carry on the research analysis, the replacement cost method to carry on the research analysis. Using the LabVIEW software development platform,the analysis of these research results are applied to the state evaluation for engineering machinery modules. The last of a excavator by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.In this study, using the virtual instrument technology, virtual instrument engineering machinery built evaluation platform, realizes the good combination of traditional instrument and virtual instrument, also realizes the good combination of virtual instrument and mechanical engineering evaluation. And the verification test is carried out preliminary, shows that this system has a certain use value. To provide reference for the method of state evaluation method of construction machinery.
