The Study On Competency Model Of Tourism Service Talents Of Sanya Yacht Industry Under The Background Of Free Trade Port Construction

With the rapid development of China’s economy,Chinese people began to pursue a higher level of spiritual life on the basis of satisfying the basic material life.Although yacht consumption and yacht industry scale are still dominated by European and American countries,China’s yacht industry has a good development prospect and huge market potential.Yacht tourism and even marine tourism will become one of the key tourism projects in cities with geographical conditions in China.With the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port,Sanya’s yacht industry has developed rapidly,and the construction of the industrial chain has also become increasingly perfect,but relevant professionals are still in short supply.This paper first describes the development status of the yacht industry in the world and China,and then summarizes the relevant concepts,competency connotation and competency model of the yacht industry by consulting domestic and foreign literature;Thirdly,through expert interview and literature method,the competency model hierarchy of Sanya yacht industry service personnel is constructed,and the factors in each dimension are described in detail.Finally,the competency factors of yacht industry service personnel are evaluated by distributing questionnaires to people from government,enterprises and institutions,yacht industry practitioners,university faculty and other groups.By analyzing the data of the questionnaire with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the competency model of service talents in Sanya yacht industry in the context of the free trade port,which includes four dimensions and 16 factors,including professional image,cultural knowledge,business ability and personal characteristics,was constructed.It is expected to help select more excellent yacht professionals,provide more comprehensive yacht professional training programs for colleges and universities,and provide high-quality tourism services to better promote the development of Hainan Free Trade Port and international yacht tourism...
