Y Airport Baggage Handling System Logistics Equipment Selection And Supplier Selection Study

At present,the passenger flow of many civil airports in China has been saturated or even exceeded its design capacity,and the airport baggage handling system is overloaded.The "14th Five-Year" Civil Aviation Development Plan clearly proposes to break through the bottleneck of resource capacity and accelerate the construction of a modernized national integrated airport system and air traffic management system.In this context,the second phase of the airport expansion project at Y Airport was approved.In the expanded airport baggage handling system,how to select the logistics equipment to achieve the best combination while meeting the airport’s baggage handling capacity and budget,and how the airport should select similar equipment suppliers is crucial to the construction of the whole baggage handling system,and the selection result will further affect the actual operation of Y airport.Therefore,this paper provides an in-depth discussion on the selection of logistics equipment and supplier selection for the baggage handling system of Y airport.By studying the relevant researches of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on airport baggage handling system and compiling reviews,we know the current research status of logistics equipment selection of airport baggage handling system,from which this paper extracts the theories and methods to be used,and on this basis,we analyze the process of Y airport baggage handling system from multiple perspectives such as society,airport and system,and find that there are indeed problems that need equipment selection,and The selection difficulties are further analyzed,and it is concluded that there are three difficulties in the current equipment selection,which are many influencing factors for equipment selection,many constraints for equipment selection and difficulties in selecting equipment suppliers for selection.The main research contents of this paper are:(1)In view of the problem of too many influencing factors for equipment selection,this paper proposes a set of evaluation indexes for the influencing factors of logistics equipment of baggage handling system,then calculates the comprehensive correlation coefficient,screens and determines the evaluation index system,calculates the index weights of the screened economic factors and technical factors through hierarchical analysis,and determines the mathematical model coefficients.(2)To address the problem of many equipment selection constraints,this paper divides the logistics equipment of baggage handling system into eight links of check-in,security check,conveying,sorting,storage,loading and unloading,carousel and handling,analyzes the equipment relationship between the links and cites the one-way combination equipment,then makes an overall description of the airport baggage handling system selection problem,determines the link baggage handling volume,total system budget,equipment combination relationship,system links and other Constraint conditions,establish 0-1 integer planning model,and determine the logistics equipment selection strategy of Y airport baggage handling system.(3)Write the LINGO program of the logistics equipment selection model of Y airport baggage handling system,calculate the actual data of the system according to the passenger throughput to be satisfied by the expansion of Y airport,use the branch delimitation method to solve,obtain the selection results,and determine the optimal equipment combination.The selection results are then substituted into the baggage handling system simulation model of Y airport established by Flexsim software,and simulation experiments are conducted to verify its feasibility.Finally,for the problem of difficult equipment supplier selection,after determining the logistics equipment supplier evaluation index system and index weights,the comparative optimal suppliers of eight links of equipment are selected.By analyzing,modeling and solving the baggage handling system of Y airport,a specific equipment selection scheme is derived.Flexsim simulation verifies that the maximum handling capacity of the baggage handling system is 3739 pieces/hour,which is larger than the theoretical operating handling capacity of 3480 pieces in the expected peak hour of Y airport,and the scheme is feasible,and the selection of baggage handling system suppliers is carried out on this basis,which provides a practical application for Y airport The solution is feasible.
