Based On BWM-MARCOS Method,Wankong Group Centralized Procurement Mode Research On Supplier Selection | | Posted on:2024-06-15 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:J X Wu | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2542307052491884 | Subject:Project management | | Abstract/Summary: | | | This article studies the method of supplier selection of Wankong Group.Supplier selection is based on quality,price and other factors.At present,Wankong Group suppliers mainly pay attention to economic and social benefits in selecting assessment indicators,and lack of attention to the indicators of products themselves.The comprehensive consideration of supplier selection index is insufficient.This article selects suppliers according to the current situation of Wankong Group and the characteristics of water conservancy industry,and constructs supplier selection evaluation system according to the situation of centralized procurement.The evaluation models provide feasible theoretical basis for supplier selection of Wankong Group.This article summarizes and combines the evaluation indexes in the existing literature.Experts add and subtract these indicators reasonably.The index system is constructed according to the quality,cost,delivery time and service in QCDS theory.This system is in line with the supplier selection of Wankong Group.This article uses BWM method,interval intuitionistic fuzzy theory and MARCOS method.BWM Method In order to solve the decision-maker’s subjective judgment,this excellent weight calculation method can be adjusted according to different choices.Interval intuitionistic fuzzy theory is introduced to solve the problem of output solution of BWM.The theory considers the upper and lower limits of weight.This theory enhances the objectivity of weight calculation.The upper and lower limits of weight are expressed in the form of interval numbers.This method can solve the uncertainty of the influence of different evaluation indexes on the evaluation process.The method of constructing weighted decision matrix is a fusion of IVIF-BWM and IF-MARCOS.The ranking of alternatives was obtained using numerical calculations of the final utility function.The better scheme is reflected in the larger the value of utility function.The smaller the utility function,the worse the scheme.This article constructs the criterion system to focus on quality factors.At the same time taking into account the seasonal construction of water conservancy industry.The selection of criteria is comprehensive.The selected project analysis content is Yuncheng county rural drinking water renovation project.The project requires the selection of steel pipe supplier.The calculated results are consistent with the actual situation.The results show that the evaluation model constructed in this article is scientific.Sensitivity analysis shows that the results have good stability.The result analysis content proves that the method used can meet the selection requirements of Wankong Group.The content of this article can provide reference and suggestions for water conservancy industry. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Supplier selection, Water industry, IVIF-BWM, IF-MARCOS | | Related items |
