In the new situation of economic development,power grid construction remains high.As the core equipment of power grid construction,electric power equipment is the premise to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid.Under the dual background of "dual carbon"goal and digital transformation strategy,electric power equipment,as the key to the power industry,is also an important support for the industry to achieve carbon emission reduction and digital transformation goals.As a leading enterprise in the power industry,it is of practical significance for power grid enterprises to strengthen the management of power equipment suppliers for their own operation and to promote the realization of goals with suppliers.Based on the analysis of the value chain of power grid enterprises,this study aims to construct the evaluation system of power equipment suppliers from the perspective of value chain collaboration.Through the simulation results of the system dynamics model,the optimization suggestions of supplier management under the evaluation system are obtained,which provides a basis for the evaluation and management of power grid enterprises’ power equipment suppliers.Starting from the value chain analysis of power grid enterprises,based on the value chain theory,this study firstly sorted out the business involved in the operation of power grid enterprises’ power equipment value chain,and then established the corresponding value chain model,and analyzed the departments and business relationships in it,so as to provide the foundation for the construction of the evaluation system of power equipment suppliers from the perspective of value chain collaboration.Secondly,based on the analysis of the value chain of power equipment of power grid enterprises,according to the principle of supplier evaluation,the index factors affecting the evaluation of power equipment suppliers from the perspective of value chain collaboration are analyzed.Through literature analysis and expert interview,combined with the business relationship and development needs of power grid enterprises based on power equipment,By integrating ESG concept and digital level into the index system,the evaluation system of electric power equipment suppliers is constructed from the perspective of value chain collaboration.FITradeoff flexible interactive method is used to provide flexible inspiration for the evaluation process,and improve the robustness of the calculation results.Based on the evaluation results,the corresponding system dynamics model is constructed in Vensim software platform,the causal relationship between index factors is analyzed,and then the stock flow model is constructed,and the relevant variables and system equations are set up.Finally,the research method is applied to the evaluation of power equipment supplier of Z power grid enterprise A,and the evaluation system and model are tested through the actual case analysis.Based on the simulation results,the supplier management optimization suggestions are proposed for Z power grid enterprise.This study can provide power grid enterprises with evaluation systems and methods for power equipment suppliers from the perspective of value chain collaboration,and provide targeted suggestions for power grid enterprises’ supplier evaluation and management optimization based on evaluation and simulation results. |
