Rural Landscape Planning Of Guandi Village In Beijing Based On Regional Culture

With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the social economy and productivity are constantly improving,and the lifestyle is changing with each passing day.The phenomenon of lack of regional culture appears in the landscape planning,the design style is programmed,and the regional cultural connotation is not reflected.The research purpose of this paper is to solve the phenomenon of lack of regional culture in rural landscape planning,to construct a rural landscape in which humanities and nature coexist harmoniously from the perspective of sustainable development,and to explore the historical context of the countryside.In order to promote the self-confidence and internal identity of rural culture,show the distinctive regional landscape of rural uniqueness and harmonious coexistence between man and nature,inherit and carry forward the theoretical significance of rural traditional regional cultural content,and improve the phenomenon of homogeneity in domestic rural areas.The rural construction mode suitable for its own development,enriching the landscape architecture,and exploring the practical significance of landscape design from a new perspective.This paper mainly uses literature research method,field research method,analysis and summary method,case comparison method,inductive deduction method,combined with on-the-spot investigation,and takes landscape semiotics,place spirit,and the theory of sustainable urban and rural development as the theoretical cornerstones to study the influence of regional characteristics in rural areas.concrete manifestations in the landscape.Taking Guandi Village as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of villages and towns and the basic requirements of overall planning and design,and provides specific strategies for the overall planning of Guandi Village based on the construction of regional characteristics in response to the problems,hoping to alleviate the urbanization of rural landscapes.The phenomenon of the loss of regional culture in the development,and bring certain solutions to the environmental problems in the construction.The landscape planning is completed in combination with scientific theory,and specific actions for the subsequent development of the village are provided,which can provide guidance or reference for the landscape planning of Guandi Village and other similar regional spaces.The research results are as follows.First,when referring and analyzing five landscape planning cases at home and abroad that utilize regional culture to transform rural landscapes,we selected Nanshan Village,Laifang Town,Qingliu County,Sanming City,Lianzhang Village,Qingyuan City,Guangdong Province,and Longyou Celadon Village in Zhejiang Province.The town,as well as the gassho-built settlements in Shirakawa-go,Japan,and the English country manor,after summarizing the overview of the five case projects and the planning characteristics,it is concluded that the feng shui pattern is preserved,the old houses are revitalized,the industrial layout has regional attractiveness,and traditional historical elements The application method,the display of characteristic folk customs,the construction of the small town model,the implantation of village culture and public participation in the landscape,the balance of rural heritage protection and utilization,etc.are used for reference,and the spiritual connotations corresponding to the core landscape elements in the case are summarized and extracted.Fujian and Taiwan culture,Hakka culture,porcelain culture,"knot" culture and British aristocratic culture.Second,summarize the regional culture inherited and preserved in Guandi Village,mainly including primitive civilization,agricultural culture,folk skills,food culture,etc.On this basis,classify and evaluate the natural and human landscapes of Guandi Village The specific contents of 35 landscape resources divided into four levels were obtained.After SWOT analysis,two major expression strategies,emotional and material,are obtained for Guandi Village,as well as the planning principles of the principle of cultural preservation,the principle of villagers’ main body,the principle of activation and innovation,and the principle of ecological priority.To clarify the planning goals of Guandi Village,explore local characteristics to continue regional culture,start from the design of natural elements and human elements,and take into account the backwardness of the local economy,and plan from the aspect of industrial development to drive local economic development.Finally,the general planning and design ideas are put forward,the theoretical research obtained is applied to the landscape planning and design research of Guandi Village,and the landscape planning is completed.
