In recent years,under the background of global economic integration and knowledge-based economy,China’s economy is developing in a sustained,stable and high-quality manner.The first core element of development is knowledge workers.Company LD is an increasingly active small and medium-sized private enterprise in the Chinese economy.It originated from traditional family enterprises.Compared with large enterprises,the family system has many problems,such as "consanguinity,relatability and geography" and slow promotion which led to their far insufficient ability to retain talents.The massive loss of knowledge workers with advanced technology,rich knowledge and innovative vitality not only increases the operating costs,but also leads to low morale,customer satisfaction,and core competition,which seriously restricts the development of enterprises and has become a pain point for many small and medium-sized private enterprises.Based on the actual situation of the company,it is urgent to explore the root causes of the loss of knowledge workers,give early warning,stabilize employees,stimulate vitality and empower the development of the enterprise.In this paper,the loss of knowledge workers in company LD is deeply discussed by combining the classic model and theoretical analysis of employee turnover with the field research of enterprises.Firstly,the paper sorts out the general situation of the company’s human resources,analyzes and summarizes the current situation,characteristics and influence of the loss of knowledge workers through the loss data of knowledge workers over the years,and then designs targeted questionnaires and in-depth interviews,so as to discover the root cause of the loss of knowledge workers and take appropriate measures.Put forward solutions from macro external factors,meso enterprise factors to micro employee personal factors;Solve the loss problem in the whole process:from the early warning of loss,the control of loss in the middle period to the recovery of loss in the later period,so as to ensure the demand of knowledge workers for the development of enterprises and achieve a win-win situation for enterprise development and personal growth.At the same time,it is also expected to provide reference and inspiration for other enterprises in the same industry.
