In the wave of intelligence and digitization,small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises face several challenges in the process of knowledge management.First,the knowledge in the manufacturing industry is highly experienced and is carried by key employees,while the employees having high turnover,which will bring about problems such as the loss of corporate knowledge and the difficulty for employees to quickly absorb knowledge;second,in the manufacturing industry multi-source,heterogeneous and dynamic manufacturing data puts forward higher requirements for its knowledge management methods.How to realize the organic integration of informatization,digitization and knowledge management,convert manufacturing production data into knowledge,and further convert the knowledge into value is a pressing issue.This study takes small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises as the research object,aiming at above problems and challenges,based on knowledge management,ontology and other related theories,with the help of structural equation model and graphic database and other related technologies,explores how to efficiently share knowledge among employees of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises through a knowledge sharing model,thereby weakening the barriers to knowledge acquisition and knowledge reuse.After that,Through the construction and application of a high-level knowledge structure—knowledge graph in the field of radiator production,this study obtains a systematic framework that can represent the entire field and has efficient knowledge sharing capabilities,and explores the specific path to improve the level of knowledge sharing.Firstly,combined with the existing research results of knowledge management and knowledge sharing,this study constructs an integrated model of formal knowledge sharing and informal knowledge sharing in manufacturing enterprises,and explores the key factors affecting knowledge sharing from the four dimensions of knowledge ontology,individual,organization and technology.After that,the significant positive impact of knowledge structure level on knowledge sharing in manufacturing is verified.Secondly,in view of the current situation of diverse structure,scattered distribution,redundant storage,and difficult expansion of radiator process knowledge data,the knowledge structure modeling is conducted through the construction of domain ontology and domain knowledge graph.The radiator process knowledge is deeply integrated into a whole according to the semantic and logical relationship,thereby improving the level of the radiator process knowledge structure.After that,an intelligent Q&A system is built based on the knowledge graph to facilitate knowledge reuse and knowledge sharing of radiator process knowledge.Finally,based on the domain knowledge graph and knowledge question answering system,combined with programming technologies,this study builds a web-side radiator process knowledge management system including explicit process knowledge sharing,implicit process knowledge sharing,process knowledge expansion and other functions in order to weaken the barriers of radiator process knowledge in knowledge sharing.This research can also be extended to other fields.On the one hand,the knowledge sharing model of this study can be used to explore the key factors of knowledge sharing in other fields.On the other hand,the construction methods and processes of ontology,knowledge graph and question answering system in this study can also be applied to other manufacturing fields to explore and enrich more forms of manufacturing knowledge graph.
