Research Of Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Industrial Transformation Of Small And Medium-sized Construction Enterprises In Shaoxing City

Under the current implementation of supply-side structural reforms and the practice of new development concepts,the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry is an inevitable trend for future development.It is worth noting how small and medium-sized construction companies can realize the transformation and upgrading of their building industries without obvious advantages..Based on systematic research in related fields and references to relevant literature in the Chinese and foreign countries,the paper takes Shaoxing City's SME construction industrialization transformation as an example to study the influencing factors,analyze problems,and propose countermeasures and suggestions.It looks forward to the construction of SMEs in Shaoxing City.The provision of valuable references also provides application references for the practice of building industrialization in other regions of the country.The article research believes that on the one hand,Shaoxing City's small and medium-sized construction enterprises have the advantages of energy saving and emission reduction in the process of realizing the transformation of building industrialization,as well as the development opportunities of urbanization development and the large-scale development of housing construction projects.On the other hand,there are also significant threats,such as the low level of construction technology,as well as the incompleteness of the management system.Relevant measures need to be taken to crack down on the disadvantages and threats in the process of transformation and upgrading of the industrialization of buildings.At the same time,we must give full play to our own advantages,integrate resources,and meet opportunities so as to better promote the transformation and upgrading of SMEs in the building industry.The factors affecting the industrial transformation of small and medium-sized construction enterprises in Shaoxing include six aspects:financial strength,industrialization base and other related supporting systems,management level,technical strength,talent strength,and organizational structure.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,the paper clarifies the weights of the above six influential factors,and analyzes the overall competitiveness of small and medium-sized construction enterprises in Shaoxing to achieve industrial transformation.The analysis shows that the problems in the industrial transformation of small and medium-sized construction enterprises in Shaoxing mainly include four aspects:insufficient financial strength,too few industrial bases or projects,low management level and low technical level.For the three types of enterprises with strong overall competitiveness,general and weak,the countermeasures are proposed separately.Among them,the overall competitiveness is strong.Small and medium-sized construction enterprises should strengthen the macro-effective effective policy organization and guidance,and the enterprises themselves should actively get rid of the traditional building mode.Rules and model system;overall competitiveness Generally,small and medium-sized construction enterprises should further improve the supporting system such as industrialization bases and enhance the management level of enterprises;the overall competitiveness is weak.Small and medium-sized construction enterprises should enhance the financial strength and technology of small and medium-sized construction enterprises.Strength,talent strength.
