| The domestic trend of civil-military integration is flourishing,reflected in all aspects,the development of civil-military integration of joint enterprises is in full swing,such a situation occurs also let various other industries are in rapid and stable development,which also injected a spring flow for the traditional industry,the overall stabilization and development trend.Aviation industry as the national economic development of the leading industry,aviation equipment and equipment management security is particularly important.The traditional aviation equipment and equipment support mode is no longer applicable to the modern information society and needs to innovate the aviation equipment and equipment support mode.In order to adapt to the military-civilian integration development strategy,a military-civilian integration type of aviation equipment equipment sharing support mode has been developed.This thesis discusses the feasibility,advantages and disadvantages of establishing a new type of aviation equipment equipment sharing and support mode in the context of the current national promotion of civil-military integration.Based on the strategic background of China’s civil-military integration development,the thesis analyzes the development status of civil-military integration of aviation equipment equipment sharing services by combining the theory of civil-military integration,the theory of aviation equipment equipment security,the theory of aviation equipment equipment supply chain and the theory of aviation equipment equipment cost,and explores the aviation equipment equipment sharing support mode from multiple perspectives and aspects.This thesis focuses on the current situation of the development of civil-military integration of aviation equipment and equipment sharing services,including the realistic need to participate in the development of civil-military integration,SWOT analysis of the sharing model to participate in the development of civil-military integration,and analysis of influencing factors.And using questionnaires and data analysis,it further analyzes the factors affecting the construction of aviation equipment equipment sharing guarantee mode,and summarizes through data regression results that the influencing factors of aviation equipment equipment sharing support service civil-military integration strategy development are policy environment,sharing platform construction,aerospace material cost and transportation,service and effect,among which,the sharing platform construction has the highest concern and has the Among them,the sharing platform construction has the highest attention and has the greatest influence on the evaluation effect of aviation equipment equipment sharing mode.Finally,this thesis proposes the construction of the aviation equipment equipment sharing support mode under the background of civil-military integration,and elaborates the main content,application scope,advantages and disadvantages analysis and implementation plan of the model.Through specific measures such as sharing platform construction,cost refinement management,feedback of aerospace equipment sharing results,evaluation and management,a complete framework of the support mode is constructed,and the importance of division of labor to simplify the management process is emphasized,which has certain guidance and reference significance for the construction of sharing models in other industries. |
