Rural Tourism Planning And Design Based On Permaculture’s Sustainable Concept

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China regards the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy as an important measure.All regions have followed the pace of the central government,successively introduced a series of corresponding policies,and actively strengthened rural construction from various aspects.With the arrival of the upsurge of rural revitalization,rural tourism has gradually warmed up,becoming a strategic grab to assist in rural revitalization and boost the pace of rural construction.In the development process of rural tourism planning and design,many issues have gradually emerged,especially the contradictory relationship between human survival and the ecological environment.How to seek the sustainable development of rural tourism planning and design is becoming increasingly concerned.The concept of Permaculture’s sustainable design is coupled with this appeal,providing systematic thinking and detailed guidance for future rural tourism planning and design.This article is a study on the planning and design of rural tourism based on the concept of sustainable design in Permaculture.The research results are as follows:(1)Through sorting out and analyzing the content and development status of rural tourism planning and design theory and the concept of sustainable design in Permaculture,it is found that the ecological problems existing in rural tourism planning and design in China are relatively prominent.With the goal of sustainable development of rural tourism planning and design,it is pointed out that there is a coupling relationship between rural tourism planning and design and the concept of sustainable design in Permaculture,It provides the possibility for the application of the Permaculture’s sustainable design concept in rural tourism planning and design.(2)Select five typical cases of successful application of the Permaculture’s sustainable design concept in rural areas at home and abroad,obtain corresponding guidance in overall planning,design methods,management and operation,and combine the current existing problems in rural tourism planning and design and the demand for sustainable development to explore the rural tourism planning and design strategy under the Permaculture’s sustainable design concept.Based on the principles of naturalness,locality,and ecology,in order to maintain the circular ecology formed after the planning and design of rural tourism,and organically integrate ecology and tourism,the following six strategies are proposed:① site ecological zoning planning;② Reasonable application of edge effect;③ Make good use of small-scale intensive systems;④ Rational utilization of local resources;⑤ Introduce animals and bring their initiative into play;⑥ Disaster response design.(3)Taking Qiling Village as an example to verify the results of the above research strategies.Through the analysis of the project overview,tourism resources,market,and SWOT,we have a clearer understanding of the current conditions of the site.On this basis,combined with the research strategy of rural tourism planning and design under the concept of sustainable design in Permaculture,the overall development thinking,spatial structure,tourism project zoning planning,tourism product development planning,special planning and design,and preliminary design of main nodes of the site were carried out.Based on the existing local Gegen characteristic industry,and on the premise of ecological sustainability,Qiling Village was built to advocate green development,integrate leisure and entertainment The Permaculture’s rural tourism demonstration site integrates multiple functions such as rural vacation,folk custom experience,popular science research,ecological restoration,and Permaculture’s demonstration,to create a comprehensive rural tourism village with the nature of popular science demonstration in Permaculture.The purpose of this article is to provide new ideas for the sustainable development of rural tourism through the relevant content of the sustainable design concept of Permaculture,and to summarize them,research and apply corresponding strategies to specific planning and design.To create a new type of rural tourism with Permaculture’s characteristics in Qiling Village,effectively promote the organic integration of rural ecology and tourism,and promote rural revitalization.Not only can it effectively expand the extension of Permaculture’s sustainable design concept,provide a reference for subsequent planning and design of sustainable rural tourism,but it can even promote the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism planning and design.At the same time,we should enhance people’s ideological awareness,make the ethical concept of "taking care of the earth,taking care of humanity,and sharing excess" deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and advocate that people return to a "sustainable" lifestyle.
