The technical level of China’s medical industry has been significantly improved in recent years,and technological innovation has further intensified the competition in the medical device industry.In this context,many medical device related enterprises are actively thinking about how to gain a place in the increasingly fierce market competition and further achieve their strategic objectives.On the basis of a systematic review of the theory and practice related to competitive strategy,the research work of the full text includes competitive strategy theory,value chain theory,PEST analysis method,Porter’s five forces model,SWOT analysis method and other classic strategic analysis theories.Thus laying a solid theoretical foundation for the full-text research work.On the other hand,taking Beijing jinnahemei Technology Co.,Ltd.as the specific object of case analysis,this paper combs the basic development history and business status of the company from many angles,and combs out the defects and shortcomings in the daily operation process of the company.Pest is used to analyze the impact of the social macro environment of Beijing jinnahemei Technology Co.,Ltd.on its development,Porter Wuli analyzes the impact of the industrial environment of Beijing jinnahemei Technology Co.,Ltd.on its development,and further analyzes the existing domestic and foreign competitors.Then,it analyzes the internal environment of the company as a whole,from the perspective of value chain analysis and viro analysis,and expounds that Beijing jinnahemei Technology Co.,Ltd.should actively follow the development trend of the times in the formulation and implementation of its business strategy.Taking SWOT analysis as a specific research method,this paper focuses on the internal and external competitive environment faced by the case study object,combs out the core elements of the company’s participation in market competition and the selection direction of specific competitive strategies,and then puts forward a series of safeguard measures for the implementation of the above strategies.Research shows that Beijing jinnahemei Technology Co.,Ltd.needs to actively follow the mainstream trend of the development of the times before it can ensure the rationality of strategic planning.By increasing investment in product technology research and development,providing differentiated services,introducing professionals in professional fields and improving after-sales service management,Beijing jinnahemei Technology Co.,Ltd.realizes the differentiated competitive strategy,so as to achieve the purpose of expanding the business scale and establishing a good social image.Finally,in order to better implement the specific strategies put forward,Beijing jinnahemei Technology Co.,Ltd.should invest more energy in enterprise human resource management,optimization of the company’s system,and shaping of enterprise culture.
