At present,due to the rapid improvement of people’s material living standards,the demand in the medical field has changed greatly in both quantity and quality,and the medical service industry has been developing rapidly accordingly.All along,China’s medical device exports in small and medium-sized medical facilities,medical dressings and consumables and other low-end market maintained a high market share.Especially after the outbreak of COVID-19,the production capacity and export scale of the medical device industry have been significantly increased under the comprehensive background of the continuous improvement and normalization of epidemic prevention and control.However,how to enhance the international status in the field of high precision medical care is a major issue and mission responsibility for China’s medical device industry to deal with.This paper takes XHYL company as the object of analysis and research,uses literature analysis method to review and sort out the results of a large number of case studies on corporate competition and competitive strategy in the medical device industry,and carries out field sampling for internal and external environmental factors affecting the development of the company,systematically analyzes the macro environment,micro environment and strengths and weaknesses of the company,and conducts research on its internal and external competitive situation.Strategies such as cost leadership strategy,differentiation strategy,and concentration strategy were studied and compared,and finally the differentiation strategy was selected.Specific differentiation strategy plans are developed in terms of product,price,channel,and promotion.Finally,based on the differentiation strategy,safeguards such as technology,organizational structure,human resources,and system are developed.The aim is to provide strong strategic support for XHYL to accelerate the cultivation of high precision medical device production capacity and achieve sustainable international competitiveness through the implementation of differentiated competitive strategies.This paper finally concludes that the implementation of a differentiated competitive strategy provides a practical solution for XHYL to improve its product level and international status in the medical industry and eventually achieve sustainable development,which has implications for the development of many domestic medical device enterprises in the context of the new health care reform,accelerating the conversion of old and new dynamics of domestic medical enterprises,achieving cage replacement and capacity iteration,and promoting the leapfrog innovation of China’s medical device industry It will accelerate the conversion of the old and new dynamics of domestic medical enterprises,realize the transformation of cages into birds and capacity iteration,and promote the leapfrog innovation of China’s medical device industry. |
