| With the coming of the year of complete victory in poverty alleviation,the living standards of Chinese residents are gradually improving,and the subsequent increase in the number of cars owned by residents will make the traffic congestion problem more prominent.Although there are many researches on customized bus at home and abroad,the promotion degree and the choice rate of residents are not high,which cannot meet the residents’ pursuit of high-quality and high-quality service.Therefore,this paper applies 5G+new energy technology into customized bus in the existing customized bus mode to meet the people’s demand and yearning for a better life.First of all,combining the current public transport development boom,combining China’s leading 5G network technology with public transport,and effectively applying the unique advantages of 5G with low delay and high transmission to the customized bus service mode,can improve the service quality,safety factor,land utilization rate,urban vitality,etc.Considering that automobile exhaust is a great threat to air quality,the use of new energy buses can effectively reduce the dependence of public transportation on oil and have a long-term significance for carbon reduction.The combination of 5G+ new energy and customized bus can give full play to the characteristics of customized bus such as timing,pricing,person booking,bus booking and fixed point.At the same time,it will gradually transform from traditional bus to customized bus and transform from "bus riding" to "bus life".Secondly,according to the definition and characteristics of the customized bus,when the bus station and route planning,this paper obtains real-time travel booking data of passengers through APP or We Chat applet,and converts world coordinates into plane coordinates by XGeocoding and Coord software to prepare data for the composite station.When planning synthetic sites,Canopy and K-means clustering algorithm were selected to avoid the K-mean algorithm being sensitive to noise so as to achieve the impression of clustering effect.Finally,the multi-objective function is established by considering the optimization of residents’ travel cost,the optimization of enterprises’ fixed output and operating cost,and the minimization of social and environmental pollution.At the same time,the model’s occupancy,number of stations,comfort,directness,etc.,were constrained,and the genetic algorithm was optimized into NSGA-2 algorithm to solve the model.The model is verified by the example of Dalian City,and the optimized results show that the station and route planning of new energy customized bus under 5G scenario is of certain value and feasibility. |
