| With the increasing number of elderly people and the increasing number of empty nest elderly,a series of elderly care problems have also emerged.Children hope that the elderly can enjoy their old age in the current era of developed 5G networks.But most elderly people hope to be able to provide for their elderly in the community.In recent years,more and more scholars have conducted research on public service facilities in old and smart communities,and have achieved phased results.However,there is still a lack of information on combining5 G,Io T(Internet of Things),and AI to provide convenient services for the elderly.Therefore,this article divides old communities in Lanzhou into four categories: university unit system,enterprise unit system,commodity type,and marginal type communities,The representative communities selected are Lanzhou Jiaotong University Community,Transportation Group Family Courtyard,Yantan Anju Community,and Mianma Community.Through the later strategic application,we will focus on building a "5G+AIoT" community service platform,apply "5G+AIoT" technology to various communities,and promote the elderly care process of China’s "5G+AIoT" technology in communities.Firstly,this article uses literature research methods to search for domestic and foreign literature,understand the latest application direction of "5G+AIoT" technology,record and count the existing public service facilities and basic information of the elderly in various residential areas through field research,questionnaire surveys,and interviews.It grasps the use and acceptance of intelligent products in daily life by the elderly,and conducts SPSS analysis using the results of previous subject and object surveys and interviews,Let the elderly choose through the method of semantic difference,and use SPSS.27 to analyze the SD curve perception of "5G+AIoT" application demand in four communities.Finally,based on the demand extracted from factor analysis,a community specific APP service platform was established for the Jiaotong University community to provide "5G+AIoT" three-dimensional cultural facility services;One click delivery for cloud commerce;Develop a model that combines online medical care and community services,and establish a comprehensive community service management system,community health information database,infrared security system,closed circuit monitoring system,and wireless call for help system for transportation groups;Develop a three-level elderly care service system consisting of terminals,platforms,and service teams in Yantan Anju Community,create "one station,multiple points" identifiable monitors and "wandering alarm" cameras indoors,and construct community VR remote visualization services;For the Mianma community,the main control is to control the construction cost of 5G+AIoT community medical services,and on this basis,use surrounding resources to build a comprehensive activity center for the elderly,construct a closed circuit monitoring system,and a wireless call for help system.By applying specific strategies for different types of communities,establish a matching solution between service supply and demand at the terminal layer,integrate artificial intelligence and simulation technology,connect communities,service personnel,elderly people,and children together,so that elderly people can integrate into the 5G+AIoT community without touching the screen,and no longer worry about being eliminated by technological life,At the same time,it provides reference for other communities of the same type to apply "5G+AIoT" technology for elderly public service facilities,and makes a modest contribution to enabling the elderly to enjoy their old age in the rapidly developing technology era. |
