| With the rapid development of science and technology,the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry to the intelligent direction is inevitable.As a new construction method with high integration of information technology and engineering construction process,intelligent construction has become a powerful tool to promote the intelligent development of the industry and enhance the core competitiveness of construction enterprises.The development of intelligent construction in road and bridge engineering construction industry also puts forward higher requirements for the intelligent construction ability of road and bridge construction enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the evaluation research on the intelligent construction ability of road and bridge construction enterprises,so as to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the intelligent transformation practice of road and bridge construction enterprises while broadening the research field of intelligent construction theory.Based on the intelligent development status of the road and bridge construction industry,this paper analyzes the related concepts of intelligent construction through a large number of literature reading systems,combs the basic theory,analyzes the development status of intelligent construction of road and bridge construction enterprises,and finds out the main problems and reasons for the development of intelligent construction of road and bridge construction enterprises.On this basis,the construction idea of the evaluation index system of intelligent construction ability of road and bridge construction enterprises is put forward.The dimensions of the evaluation index system are divided according to the requirements of the intelligent development of the industry for the intelligent construction ability of road and bridge construction enterprises.The primary selection of indicators is carried out through enterprise investigation and literature analysis,and the indicators are improved and integrated by expert interview method.Then,the two methods of cumulative information contribution rate and information substitutability of indicators are used to quantitatively screen the indicators,and finally the evaluation index system of intelligent construction ability of road and bridge construction enterprises including 5 dimensions and 21 indicators is formed.Then,the validity and stability of the index system are verified by the coefficient test method to ensure that the index system is scientific and reasonable.According to the actual needs of the evaluation work,the implementation process of the evaluation model is designed,and the intelligent construction capability evaluation model of road and bridge construction enterprises based on COWA-G1-TOPSIS is established.The COWA-G1 hierarchical combination weighting method is used to determine the index weight,and the TOPSIS method is used to calculate the relative progress of the index to obtain the evaluation results and divide the evaluation level.Taking four road and bridge construction enterprises as the evaluation object,the empirical analysis is carried out.The results show that the intelligent construction ability level of the four enterprises is medium and below,and targeted suggestions are put forward for enterprises to improve their intelligent construction ability.The evaluation results are in line with the enterprise ’s own situation,which confirms the feasibility and rationality of the established evaluation index system and evaluation model.This study provides help for the evaluation of intelligent construction capacity of road and bridge construction enterprises,and provides corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for decision makers,which has strong theoretical and practical significance. |
