In recent years, with the acceleration of the construction of the rail transit network and the increase of the urban population ratio in our country,it is advocated that the development strategy and planning practice of regional rail transit multi-network integration should be promoted,so as to realize regional multi-standard rail transit to form a network layout where passengers are straight to the destination,to comprehensively guide and promote the integrated development of regional rail transit systems, and etc. Therefore,it is necessary to study the integrated and cooperative scheduling of multi-standard rail transit passenger train operation scheme under the condition of multi-network integration, which the effective transfer of passengers at different levels can be ensured,it is of great significance to give full play to the competitive advantages of railway transportation market and the combined benefits of multistandard rail transit.Based on the analysis of the existing literature,it is found that only a single system for indepth study of the passenger train operation plan is considered in the literature; In the aspect of multi-standard rail transit system, the integration of high-speed rail and urban rail transit system has not been considered in most literatures.Based on this, this paper proposed a solution basing on means of hierarchical network, system coordinated development related theory, multinetwork integration theory, railway passenger transport organization theory, probability theory and mathematical statistics, optimization theory,multi-objective programming and so on.First of all,the theory of regional rail transit multi-network integration is expounded, and a double-layer rail transit network composed of research standards is constructed,a detailed analysis about relationship between high-speed and metropolitan railways is made,as well as the possible modes of integration in urban agglomerations or metropolitan areas, then, based on the discussion of the composition characteristics of passenger transfer flow and the share of passengers in different transfer schemes, the paper puts forward some key problems that should be paid attention to when making the transfer schemes under different fusion modes, this paper analyzes the specific transfer process of passengers in the urban passenger transport hub and the train connection mechanism that constitutes the transfer relationship, and studies the transfer time that passengers may spend under different transfer modes, this paper defines the time windows that passengers can accept under different transfer modes, and discusses the different train connection schemes in order to determine the importance of the corresponding train transfer relationship, where construct a theoretical foundation for the integrated compilation of the following development plan.Secondly,multi-network integration coordination index is introduced as one of the objective functions, which is composed of the high-speed railway system in the inter-city network and the metropolitan area system in the metropolitan area network.,the train running frequency and stop scheme of the high-speed railway and the city standard in the study period are studied and taken as the decision variables basing on the multi-objective nonlinear optimization method. The highest satisfaction of all kinds of passengers, the best multi-network integration and coordination degree of the whole system, and the lowest operating cost of the whole railway system are considered as optimization objectives, where the train capacity, passenger demand, section capacity, capacity matching, transfer coordination and the constraints related to the stop are taken into consideration. An integrated train plan compilation model of high-speed Railway and City railway based on multi-network integration is established. In order to obtain a more reasonable optimal feasible solution,an improved Harris Hawks optimization was designed according to the characteristics of the model, where the escape energy update formula of the basic Harris Hawks optimization was nonlinear processed, the global exploration and local development of the algorithm are balanced, and the strategy of fuzzy elite reservation is designed to enhance the diversity of the basic Harris Hawks optimization, and perform better in the solution process. Finally,in a regional rail transit hub with both high-speed rail and urban rail systems, the simplified road network map of a high-speed rail line connecting with two other high-speed rail lines and urban lines is taken as a virtual case, according to the model and algorithm, the running scheme of high-speed Railway and city railway under the condition of multi-network integration is solved. The results show that the total objective function of the model is reduced by 16% compared with the basic Harris Hawks optimization, the overall train operation cost of the railway transportation system composed of the research model is reduced by 9.15%,and the travel demand satisfaction of all kinds of passengers is increased by 4.3%,which verifies the feasibility of the model built in this paper, and the efficiency of the modified Harris Hawks optimization compared with the basic Harris Hawks optimization; It also shows that the proposed research ideas and methods can effectively solve the multi-network integration of regional rail transit system between the train plan integration. This paper constructs a multi-objective nonlinear integer programming model under the condition of multi-network integration, which integrates the train operation plan of high-speed railway and urban area, aiming at the formation of the theoretical method, the research results can provide effective decision support and method reference for the coordinated transportation organization of regional multi-modal rail transit.
