| As China continues to increase investment in railway construction,the scale of the road network has gradually expanded.By the end of 2020,Jiangsu province will basically build a “Three vertical and four horizontal” high-speed railway network,making high-speed rail a powerful engine to support high-quality development in Jiangsu.Therefore,how to innovate the passenger transportation organization method and fully tap the high-speed railway transportation capacity under the background of the high-speed railway network and the reasonable utilization of the existing equipment and facilities,optimization of Train Operation Scheme has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,the characteristics of high-speed railway network in Jiangsu province,the current situation of capacity utilization and train operation are analyzed,and the existing problems of high-speed railway network are put forward.Secondly,it analyzes the demand of high-speed railway network passenger transport in Jiangsu Province,analyzes the market environment of high-speed railway network passenger transport in Jiangsu province,forecasts the demand of local and cross-line passenger flow,and summarizes the characteristics of passenger flow demand.Then,based on the analysis of the characteristics of the high-speed railway network in Jiangsu Province,an optimization model of train routing is established aiming at the shortest train routing and the maximum direct passenger flow,optimization path among key nodes of highspeed railway network in Jiangsu province by design algorithm.Furthermore,taking into account the factors such as the design speed,train grade and train formation scheme of each line in the high-speed railway network,the optimization goal is to maximize the revenue of the railway sector and minimize the operating cost,a multi-objective programming model for Train Operation Plan of high-speed railway network is constructed,which is solved by genetic algorithm with the constraints of station capacity,section capacity and passenger demand in high-speed railway network,the high-speed railway network constructed by xu-yan high-speed railway,Lian-zhen highspeed railway and Yan-tong railway in the third quarter of 2020 is taken as the research object to compare the original scheme and the optimized results,and the reliability of the model is verified.Finally,taking into account the existing train operation plan of the road network,the forecast results of passenger flow demand and the relevant plans for the construction of high-speed Railway in Jiangsu province,from the aspects of building the city-hour high-speed rail travel circle,improving the connectivity with Beijing,giving full play to the role of the road network as a channel,and expanding the connectivity among the various districts and cities in the province,by using the above optimization methods,the train operation scheme of high-speed railway network in Jiangsu province is optimized.The optimization of the high-speed railway network Operation Plan in Jiangsu province will promote the coordinated economic development of the Northern,central and southern regions of Jiangsu province and accelerate the regional economic integration of the Yangtze River Delta,it is of great strategic significance to perfect the high-speed railway network in the Yangtze River Delta. |
