As the high-speed railway network becomes more and more dense,the demand for medium and long distance transportation is increasing,and the passenger demand for high-speed railway overnight arrival trains is also increasing gradually.High-speed railway evening train is a unique transport product in China.This paper takes the highspeed railway evening train operation scheme as the research object,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.The operation plan of passenger trains is a technical plan to determine the train operation section(including parking stations),train type and running logarithm.Starting from solving practical problems,this paper uses the strategy optimization method to analyze and study the optimization of operation plan from two aspects of railway operation cost and passenger travel loss,with a view to minimizing railway operation cost and passenger travel loss,and then improving the overall service level of high-speed railway from late departure to train.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)On the basis of summarizing the schemes and research results of high-speed railway evening train operation,this paper expounds the concepts of high-speed railway evening train and its operation schemes,introduces the different types,general situation and characteristics of skylights and train operation modes in transport organization mode,and analyses the current situation,remarkable characteristics,difficulties and existing problems of train operation and transportation organization.?(2)This paper expounds the elements,influencing factors,reasonable running distance of high-speed railway and the scenario division of train running plan under different skylights,builds the relationship model between running distance and travel time,defines the parameters of different running modes,and obtains reasonable running distance according to the constraints of the whole running time.(3)The definition of strategy optimization method is given,and its application in solving the optimization problem of high-speed railway overnight arrival train operation plan is expounded.The optimization model of high-speed railway overnight train operation scheme based on strategy optimization is established,and Lagrangean Relaxation algorithm is designed to solve the model,and an example is designed to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.(4)Select a line in the road network for case analysis.Specifically,according to different skylight opening modes,different alternative sets of operation schemes are generated,and the optimization schemes under different skylight opening modes are calculated and analyzed.By comparing and analyzing the optimization results under different skylights,the applicability and validity of the model and algorithm for practical problems are verified.
