| With Chinese high-speed railway gradually stepping into the era of large-scale network operation,high-speed railway network capacity utilization presents two extreme states of "tension and waste".Based on the analysis of the impact of the train operation plan adjustment on the high-speed railway network carrying capacity utilization,the equilibrium of high-speed railway network carrying capacity utilization can be improved as much as possible through the partial adjustment of train operation plan,so as to realize the overall optimization of high-speed railway network carrying capacity.The concept and calculation method of high-speed railway network capacity utilization ratio and its standard deviation was put forward,and the problems existing in the current high-speed railway network capacity utilization in China was found out:the capacity utilization of each passenger flow section is polarized obviously,and the capacity of busy section tends to be saturated,at the same time,many other sections have different degrees of capacity waste.This paper studied the adjustment measures of train operation plan,such as increase and stop of the train operation,adjustment of train flow OD service scope,adjustment of train speed level,train path and train stop plan etc.,which have an impact on high-speed railway network capacity utilization,and formulated the adjustment principles of existing high-speed railway train operation plan.On this basis,the gray whitening weight function clustering method based on entropy weight was used to screen the existing high-speed railway cross-line trains.For the selected cross-line trains,the OD merging method based on key stations was proposed.Considering the capacity limitation of high-speed railway lines and stations,the single running mileage of trains and the uniqueness of routes,a model for optimizing the routes of cross-line trains was established to improve the equilibrium of high-speed railway network capacity utilization and reduce the overall running distance of trains.According to the characteristics of the model,a simulated annealing algorithm based on K-short path was designed.Taking the data of Chinese high-speed railway network and train timetable in December 2018 as an example,the rationality of the method,model and algorithm proposed in this paper was verified.The results showed that the equilibrium of high-speed railway network carrying capacity utilization was improved,and the number of busy sections of high-speed railway network was greatly reduced,which alleviated the problem of high-speed railway network carrying capacity utilization shortage in busy sections. |
