Research On Evaluation And Optimization Of Recreation Satisfaction Of Riverside Park In Lanzhou City

Urban park is one of the important places for leisure and recreation in the daily life of urban residents,as well as an important part of the ecological space in the city.It not only assumes the function of promoting the physical and mental development of recreationists,but also plays the role of maintaining the urban ecological environment and an important place for disaster prevention and refuge.With the rapid development of today’s society,urban residents feel stressed and tired in terms of body and mind,and the demand for recreation is particularly prominent and strong.Research on urban park construction and design is inadequate from the perspective of recreationists,and does not meet the real needs of the actual recreationists,so that urban parks do not play the role expected by the builders.Therefore,from the perspective of recreationists,the study of urban waterfront park recreationist satisfaction,the transformation and development of the waterfront park,improve its service function,recreationist satisfaction and improve the quality of the park,have very important practical significance.This paper takes five riverside parks in Lanzhou City as an example,and uses a combination of literature analysis and field survey to establish an evaluation system for the satisfaction of recreationists in Lanzhou City’s riverside parks.Meanwhile,combined with the above evaluation index system,based on the American Customer Satisfaction Index(ACSI)model,the basic assumption model of recreation crowd satisfaction in the riverside parks in Lanzhou City is constructed,including seven potential variables of traffic element,safety element,service facility element,maintenance management element,natural landscape element,cultural element and intentional design element;SPSS 26.0 software is used to SPSS26.0 software was used to conduct reliability,validity and exploratory factor analysis on the questionnaire data;AMOS 26.0 software was used to conduct validation factor analysis on the structural equation model and the data obtained from the questionnaire survey,so as to revise the model.The final model test results show that: safety factor has a positive influence on recreation satisfaction;service facilities factor has a positive influence on recreation satisfaction;maintenance management factor has a positive influence on recreation satisfaction;recreation satisfaction has a positive influence on loyalty;recreation satisfaction has a negative influence on complaints.Based on a series of investigation and analysis,the weights of latent variables and indicators of observed variables and the mean value of satisfaction scores in Lanzhou Riverside Park recreation satisfaction were obtained;based on this,the IPA importance-satisfaction matrix was drawn;the results of the quadrant status were obtained through the weights of measured variables and analysis in the IPA matrix,and combined with the index system of Lanzhou Riverside Park recreation satisfaction evaluation In addition,we propose a series of optimization strategies for the eight measurement variables in the disadvantaged areas of the IPA quadrant and the sustainable ecological development of Lanzhou riverside Park by combining the seven elements of traffic,safety,service facilities,maintenance and management,natural landscape,culture and intentional design.For example,optimizing the bus route network,strengthening the management,increasing the diversity of recreation programs,strengthening the maintenance of greenery,improving the quality of water bodies,organizing cultural activities and using environmentally friendly construction materials,etc.,in order to improve the satisfaction of the park’s recreationists through a series of optimization measures.
