In the information age,the use of all kinds of intelligent equipment has made a great change in the appearance and form of war.In order to respond positively to this great change,it is necessary to carry out the research on the evaluation method of armament systems,which has certain guiding significance for how to develop weapons and equipment.Now experts and scholars have made a lot of achievements in evaluating the armament systems,but the intervention of various information technology means has made the original complex armament systems more complex,the existing evaluation methods have been difficult to fully meet the needs,and such problems as the armament systems architecture characteristics,how to obtain a comprehensive and reasonable evaluation index system under the influence of this mechanism and how to build a scientific evaluation model need to be solved.Therefore,this paper introduces the multivariate statistical method,the structural equation model(SEM),a series of studies are carried out on the "Evaluation of Armament Systems Based on Structural Equations Model ".The main research work of the paper is as follows:(1)The functional characteristics of the emergence of the armament systems are studied.Combined with the complex adaptation system(CAS)theory,emergence theory and other complex scientific theories,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the armament systems under the information war,understands the composition of the armament systems and the work flow between them,analyzes the influence relation among various systems of armament systems.The emergence phenomenon of armament systems is a very complex process,which is manifested in macroscopic and microscopic states and has the characteristics of hierarchy,and then the conceptual model of armament systems emergence is constructed and the mechanism of armament systems emergence is studied.(2)The index system of armament system evaluation is established.On the basis of studying the concept model of armament system emergence,the internal factors of each system in weapon equipment system are analyzed,and then it analyzes the important indexes and the correlation between the indexes of equipment system evaluation.The evaluation index system of armament systems with network structure is constructed.(3)The armament systems evaluation model based on SEM is constructed.Combined with the research on the emergence of armament systems and the complex characteristics of internal structure,and this paper analyzes the inherent development law of armament systems,and thinks that there are two relations between linear and nonlinear in the internal factors of armament systems at the same time.Therefore,based on the basic theory of the SEM model and the evaluation index system,linear and nonlinear armament systems are established SEM evaluation models,and construct the parameter structure equations of the two evaluation models.(4)An evaluation example of an aircraft carrier formation anti-ship is given to verify the performance of the proposed armament systems evaluation model.Based on the background of anti-ship operations and the flow of anti-ship operations,this paper designs54 Group anti-ship combat plans,and the simulation obtained the combat effectiveness data of 54 schemes,and both evaluation models and the combat effectiveness data are input into LISREL8.70 software.After the parameter estimation,the structural equations of the SEM evaluation models of the two armament systems are determined.Based on this equation,the combat capability of the armament systems are evaluated,and the results show that compared with the linear armament system SEM evaluation model,the nonlinear armament system SEM evaluation model is closer to the actual evaluation data.
