| In order to help the small plain city government and enterprises to solve the bus problem and give the researchers theory and data support,this paper takes the small plain city bus as the research object,and carries on the satisfaction research.And put forward the suggestion of improving the satisfaction of small plain city bus.Firstly,questionnaire design and questionnaire survey.According to the characteristics of city bus and the pre-test work of 10 graduate students,the initial scale of city bus satisfaction in small plain was developed,and the questionnaire was further investigated according to the content of the questionnaire design.Secondly,according to the scale test method,the scale was revised to form the final scale of bus satisfaction in small plain cities.After the item exploratory factor analysis scale is divided into five dimensions,namely operation management,safety conditions,ticket fare,hardware facilities and civility;Through the validation factor analysis,the model can fit well with the observation data after the model correction.Through reliability analysis,the internal consistency of the total scale and each dimension scale reached 0.8 or more,indicating that the reliability of the scale is very good;Through validity analysis,the content,convergence and distinguishing validity of the scale all meet the requirements.Then,according to the revised final scale,the questionnaire analysis is carried out.This paper makes statistical analysis of individual basic information of questionnaire,and analyzes the differences between the satisfaction degree of each dimension and the personal basic information.The results show that the information contained in the questionnaire is consistent with the status quo of small plain cities.Meanwhile according to the final revised form we conduct the public transport satisfaction degree.Through structural equation model and customer satisfaction index evaluation theory,it is concluded that the overall satisfaction degree of small plain city bus is "general satisfaction";In addition to the satisfaction degree of the operational management dimension in each dimension of the scale,the satisfaction degree of each dimension is "general satisfaction",and the satisfaction index score of the hardware dimension is at the critical value of the "general satisfaction" degree.Finally,this paper summarizes the research results and puts forward some reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.Among them,the key point is that aiming at the current small plain city bus operation management,hardware facilities and other aspects,we proposed corresponding solutions. |
