Research On Tourists’ Perceived Satisfaction Evaluation Of Harbin Theme Park Based On Review Data

As one of the most important types of urban parks,the urban theme park not only has certain recreational and service functions,but also highlights a certain aspect of the theme.It can showcase regional and cultural characteristics that play an important role in improving the quality of urban green recreational services and elevating urban quality.As China’s urbanization enters the second half of its development phase,urbanization is gradually moving towards higher quality,further strengthening the service function of urban green spaces,and understanding the satisfaction of tourists’ perceptions are significant works to optimize the urban park environment.In this paper,we take the perspective of tourists’ perceptions and take urban parks in Harbin as the research object.We next use review data and the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis as technical support to investigate the tourists’ perceived satisfaction with urban theme parks in Harbin.Finally,we identify problems with the management and planning and design of the theme parks.The main work and research findings are as follows.(1)Using web crawler technology to collect tourist review data from DIAN PING about16 theme parks in Harbin,the influencing factors of tourist perception are extracted referring to rooting theory.Combining the categories of tourist perception factors summarized by word frequency analysis,an evaluation indicators system of tourist perception satisfaction is established with the perception dimensions of external factors,general planning,park environment,landscape resources,management and maintenance,public facilities,activity experience and service function.The system includes 36 evaluation indicators such as traffic,geographical location and surrounding features.(2)Building various sentiment dictionaries and a sentiment dictionary for new words in DIAN PING based on natural language processing technology,we form a sentiment analysis method for DIAN PING based on various sentiment dictionaries.This method is used to calculate the sentiment value of review texts,effectively quantify the level of tourists’ perceptions reflected in the review data,and realize the automatic scoring of satisfaction of tourists’ perception elements.Then we conduct mathematical statistical analysis,including importance-performance analysis,correlation analysis,factor analysis and regression analysis to form a model for evaluating the perceived satisfaction of tourists in urban theme parks.(3)Using this model as a basis,six representative urban theme parks in Harbin were selected as case studies for empirical research.According to the degree of attention paid by tourists to the perceptual factors of the urban theme parks,the area for improvement of each case park in terms of improving tourist satisfaction is identified.On the basis of the satisfaction p-values of perceived elements,we study the interaction mechanism between satisfaction and perceived elements,and construct a prediction model of tourist satisfaction.(4)The results of the review data analysis are verified and revised by means of offline field interviews and questionnaire research,and then summarized the evaluation of tourists’ perceived satisfaction with urban theme parks.In the end,we explore strategies to improve urban theme parks according to tourists’ perceived satisfaction.The results of the study show that the common problem dimensions of urban theme parks are external factors,master planning,landscape resources,management and maintenance,public facilities,service function and so on.However,there are some differences between the specific indicators and the importance values of each dimension.Botanical landscape in Stalin Park,sports facilities in Music Park,recreational facilities and park pedestrian flow in Zhaolin Park,perimeter features,facility maintenance and sports facilities in Children’s Park,landscape effects,facility maintenance,recreation costs and rest facilities in Culture Park,and surrounding features,park area,recreation costs and parking conditions in Pavilion Garden are higher in importance but lower in satisfaction,and should therefore be rectified as a priority.It also verifies the credibility of the study on tourist perception satisfaction in urban theme parks using review data.
