EPC Project General Contracting Under The Background Of Internet + Urban And Rural Water Supply Research On Core Competence Of Enterprises

In recent years,to strengthen economic development,out of the downturn,and vigorously develop domestic public infrastructure projects;With the victory of poverty alleviation and the continuous advancement of urbanization,Ningxia government has vigorously promoted the construction of"Internet+urban and rural water supply" demonstration province(region)in recent years.However,the"Internet+urban and rural water supply" project has a wide range of areas and a short construction period,which requires high construction organization and management ability.The project construction content covers automatic monitoring,data resource integration,support platform construction,business system construction,civil construction and supporting construction,which requires the general contractor to have good engineering management ability support,have strong enterprise competitiveness,in order to win in the industry competition.On the basis of the theory of core competitiveness,this paper analyzes the core competitiveness factors of the general contracting enterprise,so as to construct the core competitiveness index.The evaluation system of core competitiveness of general contracting enterprise is constructed by AHP,and the evaluation of core competitiveness of C company is carried out by fuzzy synthesis method,and the results are obtained.Finally,through the analysis of the results obtained by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of C company,the existing problems in the process of building the core competitiveness of C company are analyzed,and the relevant suggestions and strategies on how to promote the development of the core competitiveness of C company under the background of general project contracting are put forward.Through the evaluation of the core competitiveness of C Company,it is found that the overall core competitiveness of C company is strong,especially in terms of design ability and construction ability,and it occupies a certain share in the domestic EPC project market.However,it can also refine and deepen its management ability by enhancing construction schedule control,strengthening and deepening design ability,promoting scientific research and innovation ability,improving production management ability and other aspects.Maintain the existing level and achieve the leading position in the industry.
