Research On Digital Transformation Path Of NIO

With the development of the digital economy,digital transformation has become an important direction for enterprises to increase efficiency and improve quality.In2021,the national "14th Five-Year Plan" pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the innovation and application of key digital technologies,accelerate the realization of digital transformation of enterprises,and build digital advantages of enterprises,especially within key strategic emerging enterprises,and enhance their competitiveness.As a leader in the new energy vehicle industry,NIO urgently needs to carry out digital transformation due to the complex production process and high demand for information interaction,and improve the operational efficiency and coordination level of all aspects of the enterprise.This paper designs and selects a digital transformation path based on the current situation of digital transformation of NIO to improve the digital level of enterprises.Firstly,the current situation of NIO and its digital transformation is analyzed,and the three major problems of lack of overall planning of business information system,lack of data management capability and insufficient supply chain digital governance capability are identified,and the influencing factors of digital transformation are analyzed by using the system dynamics method to determine the framework of NIO’s digital transformation path.Secondly,based on system coupling theory,platform governance theory and supply chain theory,the converged digital transformation path for business systems,the platform-driven digital transformation path for data management and the lean digital transformation path for supply chain are respectively.Thirdly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the evaluation model of NIO’s digital transformation status quo,and determine the digital transformation path suitable for the current stage of development.Finally,according to the characteristics of NIO’s digital transformation path,the organization,process and environmental safeguard measures are designed to support the realization of NIO’s digital transformation path.Based on the current situation of NIO’s digital transformation,this study designs a digital transformation path for the actual problems of enterprise digital transformation,which not only provides reference for NIO’s digital transformation practice,but also provides reference for the digital transformation of similar new energy enterprises,helps enterprises improve the success rate of digital transformation,and is of great significance for enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency,enhance competitiveness and innovative development,and at the same time promote the digital high-quality development of China’s new energy vehicle industry.Accelerate the digital layout of strategic emerging industries and realize the digital China strategy,and provide scientific basis and theoretical guidance.
