Study On Village Planning And Construction Of Yancheng Jiangsu Province

In recent years,in the process of establishing and gradually improving the national land spatial planning system,the Ministry of Natural Resources,Jiangsu Province,Yancheng City,and other departments have successively issued a series of policies on strengthening village planning and promoting rural construction.Yancheng City has implemented the requirements of the central,provincial,and provincial governments,and has carried out exploration work on town and village layout planning and practical village planning for multi planning under the land space planning system,playing a positive role in guiding rural construction and development.However,in the preparation and implementation process of village planning,there are still problems such as unreasonable planning and poor quality,insufficient research on village planning for cluster upgrading and characteristic protection,and the inability of village planning to effectively guide village construction.In rural areas of Yancheng City,there are still problems such as inadequate and systematic infrastructure,outstanding engineering quality issues,low domestic sewage treatment rates,difficult consolidation of environmental improvement achievements,low efficiency in rural land use,low level of rural housing construction,and insufficient government investment and funding shortage in rural construction.Aiming at various problems existing in the planning and construction of villages in Yancheng City,this article proposes strategies for optimizing the preparation of village planning,proposes that a planning system of town and village layout planning+village planning should be constructed and implemented,strengthens the classification guidance and differentiated resource allocation of village planning,strengthens the research on the preparation methods of village planning for aggregation,promotion,and characteristic protection.During the preparation process of village planning,planning preparation control should be strengthened,Improve the quality of village planning.In terms of village construction,it is necessary to strictly implement the approval and implementation of village planning,encourage rural residents to appropriately concentrate on living,intensively save land for village construction,and increase support for rural construction funds to improve the level of village construction,accelerate the implementation of rural construction actions,and achieve high-quality development in rural areas.
