| Cultural relics have high economic value and cultural value.Appropriate packaging should be used to protect cultural relics from possible safety problems in identification,restoration and exhibition,so as to ensure their safety in the process of handling,transfer and transportation.Therefore,it is an important topic to study the proper protective packaging form to improve its buffering and protection performance.Individualized preparation of cultural relics protection internal capsule is an effective way to improve the safety of cultural relics transportation.Using 3D scanning and CNC technology,the internal capsule made by suitable materials can improve the performance of the buffer protection of cultural relics protection boxes.In this thesis,the point cloud data of cultural relics of various materials are obtained by three-dimensional scanning technology,and three-dimensional models are generated according to the point cloud data which are highly consistent with the appearance of cultural relics.At the same time,the plane contour path file is obtained by hierarchical processing of the acquired three-dimensional model of cultural relics.Using CNC technology to cut EPE polyethylene foam cotton to prepare the cultural relic protection box bag,and test its buffer protection performance,which realizes the individualized preparation of cultural relic protection internal capsule.For several cultural relics of different materials and appearance,this thesis uses EinScanPro structural light scanner for three-dimensional data acquisition to obtain good point cloud data.In data processing,engineering software such as EinScan Pro-serie,Geomagic Studio and Geomagic Wrap were used for a series of processing of point cloud data,including noise reduction,resampling,packaging and grid generation,to obtain a preliminary STL model.Then,the STL model is repaired with triangular surface,hole and curved surface,so as to obtain a perfect and complete three-dimensional model of cultural relics.After obtaining three-dimensional model data of cultural relics,data conversion is needed to study its hierarchical processing process,in order to make the buffer internal capsule.Firstly,it is necessary to transform the location and angle of the STL model of cultural relics in the spatial coordinate system.The 3D model data is imported into the Materialise Magics engineering software for algorithm processing,and the contour of the stratified section is obtained.The contours are converted into planar layered path data files for subsequent CNC machines.In the process of making the internal capsule,EPE polyethylene foam cotton is selected as the buffer material.The path data file was imported into the CNC cutting machine,and the CNC machine was used to cut EPE polyethylene foam cotton by layers.Then,according to the results,the thickness of the layers is adjusted appropriately to make a complete buffer internal capsule with a good match with the shape of the cultural relic.After the preparation of the internal capsule,the cushioning performance of the internal capsule was tested and analyzed.According to relevant national standards,static compression test and drop test were carried out on the capsule to test their buffer protection performance,and the above test results were analyzed.EPE material is used in the cultural relics protection internal capsule made of this subject,which has strong buffering and protection performance.Three-dimensional scanning technology and CNC technology are used to make the buffer protection internal capsule of cultural relic packaging,which can solve the problem of the lack of fit between the internal capsule and the inner cultural relic.It improves the buffering and protection performance of cultural relic packaging and has certain reference significance for the development of intelligent manufacturing of cultural relic packaging. |
