| The protection of cultural relics in museum collection has always been an important subject for human beings to preserve and extend history and culture.Taking preventive protection measures is of great significance to the protection of cultural relics in museum collection.Among them,the floating cultural relics isolation device provides a new measure for the seismic protection of cultural relics in museum collection.In this paper,based on the theory of isolation and centering on the vibration protection of museum relics,a two-way roller isolation device is designed and developed.The vibration response rule of the device is given through shaking table test and finite element analysis.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)based on the theory of vibration isolation is analyzed on the various influence factors of floating relics isolation effect,put forward the comply with the principle of friction isolation roller isolation device,and then gives the roller isolation device simplified mechanics model,set up the dynamic response and vibration isolation device steady state evaluation index transmission ratio formula,analyzed the damping ratio,rail and wheel radius of curvature on the influence law of gear vibration response.(2)introducing the bidirectional roller isolation device museum under the epicenter,through the analysis of the shaking table test under simple harmonic input isolation device of the vibration response and vibration isolation effect,acceleration of vibration isolation device conduction than change with input frequency curve and Jane harmonic peaks on the influence law of transmission ratio,demonstrates the isolation device under simple harmonic function under isolation effect is good.(3)The random seismic wave vibration test is completed,and the response law of random seismic wave to the acceleration time history response curve,acceleration response spectrum curve,device displacement time history curve and device residual displacement of the isolation device is analyzed.The test results show that the displacement amplitude of the isolation device meets the design requirements and the self-reset performance is good.(4)Finite element simulation of vibration excitation test of the isolation device was completed based on the floor spectrum,and the mathematical model of the two-way roller isolation device was given.Based on the measured floor spectrum of a museum,the vibration response law and displacement amplitude of the two-way roller isolation device under different seismic intensity input were analyzed. |
