With the increasing environmental pollution,shortage of global energy and driving safety challenges,the trend of electrification,intelligent network integration,sharing and service development in the global automotive industry is increasingly obvious.After China's new energy automobile industry was identified as a national strategic emerging industry in 2010,China's new energy vehicle market expanded rapidly and became the main engine for promoting the development of new energy vehicles around the world.The industrial development is now confronted with a transition from introduction period to the growth period.In the critical period of the smooth transition from subsidy era to post-subsidy era,there are major challenges such as improving quality and efficiency,transforming and upgrading,and enhancing technological innovation capabilities.With the continuous updating and market application of complete automobile and key component product technology,as well as the layout of basic supporting facilities and the innovation and promotion of commercial operation mode,the new energy automobile industry will come into a new stage of technological innovation integration and industrial restructuring.The collaborative innovation of the entire industry's innovation ecosystem is needed to achieve the healthy development of new energy vehicles.Therefore,taking the innovation ecosystem as the research object and analyzing the impact of the innovation ecosystem on the high-quality development of the new energy automobile industry has certain practical significance.Combing the country's policy background of vigorously promoting energy conservation and emission reduction and promoting the development of new energy vehicles,this paper takes the innovation ecosystem of China's new energy automobile industry as the research object.After systematically combing the relevant literature,this paper first analyzes the development status of China's new energy vehicle innovation ecosystem based on the theory of innovation ecosystem,and expounds the internal mechanism of its development.Secondly,based on the panel data of 30 Shanghai and Shenzhen listed companies in 2010-2017,the cross-sectional weighted generalized least squares method is used to specifically study the effects of innovation activities in service and production communities in the innovation ecosystem.Then,based on the various factors affecting the development path of the innovation ecosystem of the new energy automobile industry,the PLS model is used to draw the development path of the innovation ecosystem of China's new energy automobile industry.Finally,for the above conclusions of the analysis,suggestions are made from three perspectives for improving the innovation ecosystem of new energy automobile industry.The results show that:Firstly,from the perspective of developmental form:At present,a certain scale of innovation network has been formed among various innovation entities in the innovation ecosystem of China's new energy automobile industry while the development of each ecological level is not balanced.The resources in high niche are better than in low and the difference of innovation development among each niche is large,which also indicates the imbalance of development within the new energy automobile industry chain.Secondly,from the aspect of government subsidies:the impact of government subsidies and preferential tax policies on the innovation capacity of innovation ecosystems is close,but the impact of taxation policies is more significant while the direct technical investment of enterprises is more important than government policies.Obviously,the current downward of subsidy has a decisive effect on the internal adjustment of the new energy automobile industry and the horizontal,vertical expansion and slicing of the value chain,which can promote the optimization of the industrial structure and promote the technological upgrading of the new energy automobile industry.Thirdly,from the perspective of development path:the impact of innovation capital and market factors on the path of new energy vehicle innovation ecosystem is direct,and the impact of innovation capital is more significant;economic factors and enterprise capital affect system innovation through an indirect path by influencing innovation capital.Compared with the government's policy,the direct input of the company's own innovation costs can directly affect the development of the innovation ecosystem.Human capital and material capital of the enterprise have an indirect positive impact on the innovation ecosystem as well.
