Renovation Design Of Old Residential Environment In Metallurgical First Village Based On Foiled Space Form

This thesis is based on the study of the old residential reconstruction design scheme in the form of folding space,and discusses the feasibility and significance of the old residential reconstruction design scheme.Taking Jingyi Village,Jiulongpo District,Chongqing as the case design site,the site is representative of the old residential area in Chongqing,and has the space that can be transformed,utilized and used,as well as the requirements that need to be transformed,utilized and used.This thesis is based on the form of folding space,combined with the design site itself to solve the real environmental problems,and put forward a design scheme to improve the residential environment.The main content of this thsis takes the renovation design of the old residential environment as the theme,and starts from the following aspects: The first chapter describes the research purpose and significance of this design renovation plan,summarizes the domestic and foreign research review,and explains the relevant research methods and research framework.The second chapter describes the theoretical study of the folding space form and the renovation design of the old residential area,and the relevant design case analysis,providing the theoretical basis and design reference for the later design scheme.The third chapter describes the preliminary design survey and design questionnaire data collection of Metallurgy One Village to achieve the research and analysis results and provide specific design support for the design scheme.The fourth chapter is to carry on the above,put forward the renovation strategy of the old residential environment of Metallurgical First Village based on the form of folding space,further concretize the design basis,understand the characteristics and problems of the site around the preliminary design research,and propose solutions.The fifth chapter,guided by the design strategy,shows the design scheme from the whole to the part,which is also the core content of this thsis,showing the specific features of the folded space form,space function,aesthetic and other specific schemes.The sixth chapter is the summary of the whole design and transformation scheme.In the process of urbanization,with the passage of time,buildings begin to age from the first day of construction.How to transform residential areas in order to provide a more sustainable building state is the focus of this thsis.The design of this thsis focuses on adjusting measures to local conditions to solve the internal and external contradictions of the site,Add the "folding space" form as the design basis,solve the contradictions of the site,and show the combination of modern design concepts and practices.At the same time,I hope that the more ambitious design strategy can be used in other residential area renovation design,which has substantial reference significance for residential area design and renovation.
