| Prestressed cable-stayed truss structure is a combination of the modern prestressing technique and long-span steel structure. With good structural performance and novel architectural shape, the prestressed cable-stayed truss structure can meet the requirements of modern architecture and is suit for modern sports, public and industrial building. In this paper, under the engineering background of Binhai International Convention & Exhibition Centre Hall, aiming at some key technologies based on the folded plate cable-stayed truss structure system, the following researches will be carried out.The initiation and application of prestressed cable-stayed space truss structure is described. Based on the introduction of selected topic background, the main research work of the task in this thesis is pointed out.According to the requirement of selecting type, the disadvantages of the original structure system are pointed out. Further optimal design is put into effect. In the end the dissertation compares the performance of the optimized structure unite with the original one in order to reach the optimization effect.Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, analysis of whole structure performance is completed under the given cable-tension prestressing force. The following characteristics are analyzed: The safe capability of the whole structure under every load case, stress distribution on the member bar, deformation analysis of whole structure, as well as the structural system's dynamic characteristic.Theoretical analysis and experimental study on the complex node are carried out, combining with the experimental and finite element analysis result, the rationality of the finite element method and experimental method is validated. Endure performance and bearing capacity of the joint are apprised and complex nodes design is offered for reference.Based on the influence analysis of different prestress on static performance and natural vibration frequency of whole structure, optimum design of prestress value is given to reduce the maximum displacement under initial state and work state, and optimum results are obtained.Prestress tension technology and scheme are determined by suming up traditional cable tension methods. The general analysis software—ANSYS is used to analyze the tension process of cab according to specific construction process. The forced state in the course of tension process is analyzed, so the influence of prestress tension on structure performance and the structure safety can be arrived.Combinating with engineering characteristics, accumulative sliding construction on an arc track is adopted. The construction methods, installation procedure, slide rail system and the key technology are discussed. |
