| As an important carrier of urban culture,Chongqing Ma’anshan Historical and Cultural District has diverse urban cultures such as Bayu culture and mountain culture.The protection and inheritance of urban culture require the upgrading and transformation of historical and cultural blocks that keep up with the times.With the development of modern economy and the continuous promotion of urbanization,historical and cultural blocks are facing the practical dilemma of regional culture gradually disappearing.As a part of the city,the development of historical and cultural blocks is gradually tending to become hollow,and the blocks are gradually losing vitality.Correspondingly,the contradiction between residents and site development has emerged.Therefore,based on the above practical situation,this article takes the Ma’anshan Historical and Cultural District in Nan’an District,Chongqing as the research object,and conducts corresponding on-site research on the area,including the current situation and existing practical problems in the area.Exploring the regional characteristics and cultural context of the block,adopting a public participation model for research and problem analysis,proposing corresponding design principles and strategies.Specifically,a systematic analysis and design transformation were carried out from the overall planning of the block,existing landscape architecture,and street layout.The full text is divided into five parts:Chapter 1,Introduction.In this chapter,the research background,research purpose,research significance,related concept definition,domestic and international research status,research methods,and research framework of this project design are discussed in detail.Through specific analysis,a clearer understanding and understanding of the corresponding guiding ideology,related concept definition,and research content are obtained,which provides a good theoretical basis for subsequent renovation design.Chapter 2: Resource advantages and relevant case analysis of Chongqing Old Street.Detailed investigation and analysis have been conducted on successful cases abroad,summarizing the cultural history and regional culture of Chongqing’s historical and cultural blocks.At the same time,successful experiences have been drawn from the cases of the Danzishi Cultural Block in Nan’an District,Chongqing and the Taiguli Block in Chengdu,Sichuan Province.By learning the technical means of block renovation design,we can further understand the issues that need to be paid attention to in specific renovation designs and plans.By comparing and interpreting similar cases,analyzing the design methods of the cases,summarizing the principles of renovation design for historical and cultural blocks,and providing corresponding case references for later project practice renovation design.Chapter 3: Analysis of the current situation of Ma’anshan District in Nan’an District,Chongqing.Conduct basic research on the old street with intangible and material culture as the core,including on-site investigation and location determination of the project.Conduct specific analysis and sorting of the existing problems in the Ma’anshan block,including the residential buildings,street space,basic supporting facilities,and landscape status of the block.Master the regional culture and landscape status of the Ma’anshan historical block.On this basis,conduct relevant questionnaire surveys and analysis on the needs,opinions,and suggestions of residents within the venue.Through the analysis and research of the previous content,we aim to explore a renovation design plan that has local cultural characteristics and is popular among the masses.A detailed survey of the current situation and questionnaire survey of the Ma’anshan area in Nan’an District,Chongqing was conducted to form a research report,summarizing the existing problems in the block and the reasons for these problems.A feasible method for the revitalization of the area was found,providing background support for the subsequent renovation design.Chapter 4,Design Plan for the Renewal and Renovation of Ma’anshan District in Nan’an District.Based on the actual analysis and summary of the existing problems in the Ma’anshan block in the early stage,and combined with the characteristics of the block and regional culture,corresponding design schemes have been proposed,including optimization of the block space,functional reconstruction of the block architecture,and restoration of historical buildings,integrating them with the regional culture of the block,specifically reflected in various parts of the block.Specifically,the overall style,spatial pattern,architectural style,and road landscape lights of the block will be improved from the perspective of its spatial function,spatial nature,and spatial atmosphere,in order to solve the current practical problems in the block,improve the living experience of local residents and tourists,and protect and inherit the regional cultural characteristics of the historical and cultural block.Chapter 5,Summary and Outlook.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the Ma’anshan Historical and Cultural District,this article proposes and summarizes corresponding plans for the renovation design and application of the district,summarizes the shortcomings of the paper in the design process,and preliminarily determines the research direction and content in the later stage. |
