| Since the development of the Internet,with the increasing demand for ease of use and practicality of B-end products,all walks of life have begun to establish user experience design teams.Due to the possibility of business being decomposed into different products or modules,with different designers and development teams responsible,team collaboration will become more complex.Due to issues such as a lack of overall consideration for user experience,difficulty in reaching consensus on specifications,and complex business operations of the product itself,it is difficult to ensure consistency and coherence in the final design output,resulting in poor user experience of the product.Therefore,in the process of product optimization design,how to ensure that users obtain a consistent user experience and make the product efficient and easy to use is a problem that must be addressed during the revision and optimization process.This study is based on the optimization design of the "Marketing Communication" CRM product,aiming to use various research methods through system thinking,such as desktop research,competitor analysis,user interviews,etc.,to analyze the collaboration process,the entire platform,and the actual usage scenarios of core functional modules(such as phone calls,detailed orders,etc.)in the daily projects of the Marketing Communication project team,in order to obtain the core needs of the target group in different scenarios.By exploring the hard functional points and the inherent characteristics of "Marketing Communication",cleverly utilizing component libraries for framework layout and detail polishing,designing a more user-friendly and efficient CRM product experience,thereby effectively serving the enterprise and empowering the business.This article is divided into six chapters,which discuss the research related theories and the process of product optimization design.Firstly,the background,reasons,and significance of the topic of "Marketing Communication" CRM product optimization design were introduced.Next,the application value of system thinking theory and OKR indicator system theory in CRM product optimization design was explored.Then,based on the principles of system thinking analysis,analyze the market environment,user groups,and overall system links of related competitors,and propose optimization strategies for the "Marketing Communication" product page modification and upgrading based on user interviews.Then it introduces in detail the function modules of "Marketplace" and the optimization path planning of global experience upgrading in the practice of CRM product optimization design,including the output of information architecture design,visual design and other contents.Summarized the online and subsequent iteration directions for the optimization design of the "Marketing Communication" product.Finally,a beautiful vision for this topic was summarized. |
