Study On Government Supervision And Countermeasures Of Quality Of Construction Projects In Area H

Area H is the "home of Chinese architecture" and the "strong city(county)of Jiangsu Province".As the pillar industry in H region,construction plays an important role in driving economic growth,expanding mass employment and raising fiscal revenue.However,in recent years,the quality satisfaction of construction projects in H area is not high,the number of complaints about construction project quality has increased greatly,and the quality of construction projects has become an important social hot spot.Among them,the quality supervision of construction projects by the government is particularly important in the whole supervision and administration system of project quality.In this paper,the existing problems are discovered from many angles,the main aspects of the problems are found out,and the practical solutions are put forward.This paper makes a systematic study on the problems and countermeasures of government supervision of construction quality in H-area by means of literature research,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy hierarchy process.Firstly,the concept and theoretical basis of government supervision of construction project quality are expounded,and the theories of total quality management,principal agency and analytic hierarchy process are emphatically introduced.Then it lists the present situation of government supervision and administration of construction project quality in H area in many aspects.Secondly,the problems existed in the supervision and administration of the quality of construction projects in H city were investigated by means of questionnaire.According to the relationship and similarity of the problems,there were three categories:laws and regulations,organization system of supervisory authority,supervision measures and methods.Then,founded on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the paper analyzes the weight of various problems under the supervision of the government in the quality of construction projects in H city,forms a multi-level analytical structure model and ranks the existing problems by weight.Then,the author analyzes the practice of government supervision of construction project quality in key countries abroad and some cities at home,and summarizes the supervision experience to get corresponding enlightenment.Finally,the author puts forward a series of targeted solutions,including improving local rules and regulations,carrying out comprehensive law enforcement inspection and implementing a series of optimization measures such as total quality management.It is hoped that this thesis can provide theoretical guidance for government supervision of construction quality in H area,improve the efficiency of supervision in H area,raise the level of supervision in H area,and add bricks to the quality development of construction in H area.
