Research On The Protection And Renewal Strategy Of Waterfront In Yangzhou Historical Sites Based On Place Memory

The protection and renewal of waterfront in urban historic lots is a hot topic around the world,although the geographical location and cultural background of these waterfronts are different,but there are common problems of conservation and development,and they face the limitations of single ideas or lack of scientific basis for renewal.With the acceleration of urbanization in China,cities have gradually changed from incremental expansion to stock renewal,and historic waterfront lots are also facing the problem of stock replacement,and need to seek a balance in protecting historical relics,improving the ecological environment,improving economic benefits and optimizing social services.Yangzhou flourished due to water.Through the times change and cities alternate,its city river system has remained relatively complete.The protection and renewal of the waterfront in historic lots are of great essentiality to stimulate space vitality,highlight regional characteristics and continue city memory.The five chapters of this paper study the protection and renewal strategies of the waterfront lots in Yangzhou from different angles.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the topic of the paper selection,research significance,research objects,and research purposes,summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad at the present stage,and builds a research framework.The second chapter is basic research,which clarifies the concept,value,type,characteristics of historical city waterfront space,sorts out the concept,operating mechanism,and carrier type of venue memory,and analyzes construction problems in historic waterfront from the macro,middle and micro levels.The main tasks and goals for the protection and renewal of the waterfront in historic lots are finally proposed at the end of this chapter.Chapter 3 adopts the "Place Memory" to sort out the types of the waterfront in historic lots,summarize the impact factor and interactive mechanism of the protection and renewal of the waterfront in historic lots,and construct the coupling framework based on the place memory and protection and renewal of the waterfront in historic lots.The summaries of the basic principles and design strategies of the waterfront in historic lots are following provided.Chapter 4 conducts a practical application of the protection and renewal strategy of the Yangzhou waterfront in historic lots by taking the Yangzhou Hongyuan plot and the Yangzhou Nanmen site plot as examples.Chapter 5 is conclusions and prospects.Taking "place memory" as the starting point,this paper conducts strategic research on the core issues in the process of protection and renewal of the waterfront in historic lots.By sorting out the types of place-memory carrier and influence factors in the waterfront in historic lots,the paper studies the interactive mechanism of the process of protection and renewal of the waterfront in historic lots,and proposes the corresponding principles and strategies on this foundation,aiming at providing reliable basis on the protection and renewal of the waterfront in historic lots.
