The relationship between rural e-commerce and logistics is regarded as inseparable,coexistence and co-prosperity.The development of e-commerce drives the development of logistics,and vice versa.However,the continuous expansion of rural online shopping leads to increasing amount of goods return,which makes r the pickup link become more and more important in the whole logistics system.The drone transportation is low-cost and suitable for small batch and multi-frequency transportation.Taking these advantages,in order to solve the problem of "last kilometer" distribution and "first kilometer" pickup in rural e-commerce logistics.Based on the above review of lasted research,the simultaneous-pickup-anddelivery routing problem with independent "truck + drone",and simultaneous-pickupand-delivery routing problem with complementary "truck + drone" were proposed.These two routing problems were explained.The mathematical models were constructed,taking the lowest transportation cost as target,and the algorithms were designed to solve these two kinds of transportation problems.Genetic algorithm was used to solve the first transportation problem,and genetic algorithm combined with Kmeans clustering algorithm was used to solve the second transportation problem.The case studies of the above two transportation problems were carried out,and the solution results of these two problems were compared with the simultaneouspickup-and-delivery vehicle routing problem.The results showed that the two modes of simultaneous pickup and delivery with "truck + drone" were more cost-saving than the mode of simultaneous pickup and delivery with truck,which proved that the combining mode of drones and trucks could reduce the logistics cost.In addition,the simultaneous-pickup-and-delivery mode proposed in this paper was also compared with the mode of individual pickup and delivery.The results showed that the cost of the simultaneous-pickup-and-delivery modes proposed in this paper were lower than that of the individual-pickup-and-delivery mode.
