China's economy has developed rapidly in recent decades,and the lifestyle of people has changed a lot.The use of household appliances has greatly improved the standard of living,and people's happiness has been improved.At the same time,the home appliance industry has also achieved rapid development.Recently,in order to promote domestic economic development,the state has strongly supported the activities of home appliances to the countryside,and the number of home appliances sold has increased significantly.In order to meet the diversified and personalized needs in the market,home appliance manufacturers have upgraded their products and eliminated many home appliances.In addition,people's awareness of rights and interests are also constantly improving,and the phenomenon of returning goods occurs frequently during the purchase process.This paper takes into account the change of vehicle speed and the difference of the vehicle type in the process of picking up and delivering goods in the home appliance logistics,and reasonably dispatch the vehicle to complete the delivery task.In this process,a corresponding cost function is created,including fixed costs for vehicle start-up,increased transportation costs as distance increases,and penalty costs due to time windows that deviates from customer requirements.This paper analyzes the problem from the perspective of the distribution enterprise,constructs the travel speed segmentation dependence function,minimizes the total cost as the objective function,and creates a home appliance logistics path optimization model that considers the same.Secondly,the hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm combining particle swarm optimization algorithm and variable neighborhood descent search algorithm is designed.The rationality of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm are verified by a case study.The goal of this paper is to minimize the total distribution cost,and it has certain application value for the configuration of vehicle and logistics enterprises in terms of vehicle type and quantity,and route planning.Minimized cost is the goal,providing route design for home appliance logistics enterprises,determining the number of vehicles and quantity,and having certain application value.The main innovations of this paper are:(1)In the context of home appliance logistics,this article research on the issue of delivery at the same time.Combining the characteristics of home appliance logistics,we consider shipping and picking up as a whole.(2)This article consider the dynamic changes of heterogeneous models and speeds,and construct a travel speed segmentation dependent function to create a corresponding mathematical model.The hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model.
