The flight controller is an important pillar of China ’s national defense force.It is very important to conduct in-depth research on it.It ensures that China ’s national defense force will always be at the forefront of the world.The main research content of this paper is the development of the upper computer software of the flight controller simulation detection system.First of all,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the flight controller simulation detection system,including: 1.Difficulties in maintenance due to different architectures.2.Different types of flight controllers cannot use the same detection system.Secondly,according to the needs of users,this paper divides the overall architecture of the upper computer software of the flight controller simulation detection system.The Lab VIEW graphical programming language is employed to develop the upper computer software.The QMH(Queued Message Handler)architecture is applied for the structured programming.Thus,the problem of difficult maintenance of the flight controller simulation detection system is solved.At the same time,TCP(Transmission Control Protocol)protocol is used for the data communication in the test system cooperates,Microsoft SQL Server database is applied for the data storage.This paper uses the same test system to complete the test of two flight controllers with different models,which solves the problem of waste of equipment resources to a certain extent.Finally,the test results of various flight controllers are displayed in the form of test acceptance reports,so as to optimize the software architecture and equipment utilization of the existing flight controller simulation detection system.The upper computer software of flight controller detection system studied in this paper is mainly composed of measurement and control host software and real-time acquisition software.The functions of human-computer interaction,information input,control operation,information display,system self-test information display,computer test results display,data storage and so on are mainly realized in the measurement and control host software.The real-time acquisition software mainly realizes the functions of hardware control,serial port level baud rate acquisition and power-on timing generation.After the design is completed,the various rules of the software are compared with the user’s requirements.Finally,a flight controller simulation detection host computer software that meets all the needs of users and has good human-computer interaction logic is designed.As the flight controller is an important category of China ’s national defense and military weapons,limited by the confidentiality principle of related national defense and military weapons,this paper will elaborate on the development process and related data of the flight controller simulation detection host computer software on the basis of complying with relevant confidentiality agreements and not leaking relevant confidential data. |
