Submarines fitted out in a certain type of centralized control rudder is used to control the submarine heading, depth, trim angle, buoyancy control device manipulation, but also improve the mobility and concealment submarine critical equipment.This type of centralized control rudder controller uses a modular design, many interior panels, modules, including the reinforcement of motherboards, interface boards, communication boards and other circuit boards, both complex small signal amplification, phase-sensitive demodulation, signal acquisition and other analog part, there are complex embedded CPU board, a serial communication interface signal complex timing requirements, hardware and software are closely related to the use of measuring instruments generally difficult to detect and repair work is completed, to equip a small repair, repair, etc. high-level maintenance caused great difficulties.For a certain type of centralized control rudder problems controller fault diagnosis, after analysisof the current automatic test system, the advantages of technology trends and application of virtual instrument technology and expert diagnostic system, a detailed study of the fault diagnosis expert system based on fault tree, and the application of virtual instrument technology into the fault diagnosis expert system. Analysis of the current mainstream software development platform, use LabVIEW development platform, designed a certain type of centralized control rudder control system fault detection software system. Studied the instrument bus technology, the system analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various types of bus technology in engineering applications, determine the use of a hybridbus mode PXI bus and IEEE-1394bus bound, combined with the application of NI standardized instrument components to construct a certain type centralized control board hardware platform steering instrument test system.A certain type of centralized control rudder controller failure detection system repair environment in which to build a closed-loop control of the rudder controller type set, the failure to achieve reproduction, fault isolation, fault diagnosis can be completed in under centralized control rudder control does not have the prototype conditions detector circuit boards, repair and commissioning.
