The Research On The Profit Model Of A Enterprise Based On The Perspective Of Value Chain

In recent years,various policies have been issued to support the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.The state clearly pointed out that ’manufacturing industry is the main body of the real economy’.As a major force in the manufacturing industry,household appliances enterprises are currently facing many problems.On the one hand,they are affected by the epidemic.On the other hand,the market shows a trend of saturation.In addition,the rising cost of raw materials and the high consumption requirements of consumers have promoted the competition of household appliances industry.To cope with the current difficulties,and strive to create a more profitable profit model is the current home appliance enterprises should think about.The realization of enterprise value creation is inseparable from the value chain.The value chain is a value creation system combined with the enterprise profit model.The R&D and sales links in the value chain are more closely related to the profit point of the enterprise profit model.Therefore,this paper believes that in order to make value breakthrough,traditional enterprises should focus on the high value-added links of the value chain from the perspective of the value chain,improve core competitiveness to occupy the effective market share,and promote the synergistic effect of value chain activities such as R&D design,production and sales,and supply chain integration to create value and help enterprises achieve value added.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the profit model from the perspective of value chain.This paper takes A enterprise as the research object,according to the value chain theory,smile curve theory and five elements of profit model theory,using literature research method,case analysis method and comparative analysis method,the profit model of A enterprise based on the value chain perspective is studied.Firstly,the literature on value chain,profit model and the relationship between them are reviewed,and the concepts of value chain and profit model are defined.Secondly,the basic business situation of A enterprise,value chain activities,profit model elements of the status quo analysis,analysis of A enterprise currently used the main profit model;then,through the calculation of relevant indicators of profitability and profitability quality,the effect of enterprise A’s profit model is comprehensively evaluated,and the advantages and disadvantages of enterprise A’s profit model are analyzed.Through research,it is believed that the problems existing in enterprise A’s profit model are mainly manifested in the simplification of main revenue,the decline of gross sales interest rate,the low proportion of foreign sales revenue,and the difficulty in the transformation of sales channels.The reasons are mainly due to the insufficient development of diversification,the low price concession strategy caused by share appeal,and the slow progress of overseas layout.Finally,in view of the above problems,suggestions are put forward to adjust the product structure to develop small household appliances,segment the market to enhance the competitiveness of air conditioning business,establish strategic alliances to develop overseas markets,and streamline the market of store structure sink channels.Through the research of this paper,hope to provide a clearer direction for the future development of A enterprise,help the traditional household appliance enterprises from all aspects of the value chain to find their own competitive advantage in order to improve their own profit model,but also hope to provide some reference for other traditional household appliance enterprises in the new environment to seek suitable profit model.
