| Intelligent manufacturing has become one of the main development directions of global manufacturing industry in the 21st century.In order to seize the new heights of manufacturing development,developed countries such as Japan,the United States and Germany have taken the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry as the core strategy.In order to realize the transformation from a big manufacturing country to a strong manufacturing country,China focuses on ’ Made in China 2025 ’;however,in the field of intelligent manufacturing equipment,the core technology is still in the hands of developed countries.How to promote the rapid development of China ’s intelligent manufacturing equipment industry,especially the regional development with no obvious economic advantages,is particularly important.As a major province of equipment manufacturing industry,Henan Province has a good innate foundation for industrial development.However,under the background of intelligent and high-quality development,the traditional equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province is facing a critical period of intelligent transformation.How to seize the opportunity of traditional equipment manufacturing to high-end transformation and focus on promoting the sustainable development of intelligent manufacturing industry in Henan Province has become an urgent problem to be solved.Combined with the industrial characteristics of Henan Province,the intelligent manufacturing equipment industry in Henan Province mainly includes three key technologies : industrial robots,high-end CNC machine tools and 3D printing equipment.This paper takes the three key technologies as the research object,based on patent data,using literature research method,comparative analysis method and social network analysis method.In terms of the development trend of intelligent manufacturing equipment industry at home and abroad,the global patent layout began in 1965 and a total of 253440 pieces(202109 items) related patents were applied.China began patent layout in 1985 and a total of 112556 pieces(106121 items) related patents were applied.Global patents show a development trend of leading China,Japan and the United States,followed by Germany and South Korea;chinese patents are mainly distributed in Jiangsu Province,Guangdong Province and Zhejiang Province;the United States,Germany and Japan pay more attention to the layout in other countries,while China and South Korea are limited to their own layout.The top three innovators in the world are Fanuc,Seiko and Mitsubishi from Japan.The top three innovators in China are South China University of Technology,Gree Group and Fanuc from Japan.In terms of technology hotspots,domestic and foreign innovation entities focus on high-end CNC machine tool technology.In terms of the development trend of intelligent manufacturing equipment industry in Henan Province,Henan Province began to apply for patent layout in 1993,and a total of 2691 pieces(2686 items)related patents were applied,mainly distributed in Zhengzhou,Luoyang and Xinxiang,among which joint application patents were less,accounting for only 2.86 %;the top three innovation subjects are Zhengzhou University of Science and Technology,Henan Zhucheng Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd.and Huanghe University of Science and Technology.The technology hotspots also focus on high-end CNC machine tools,but the technology development in different regions has different emphases.The proportion of invalid patents in invention patents is 42.92 %,and the proportion of invalid patents in utility model patents is 36.37 %,indicating that the patent quality of relevant innovation subjects in Henan Province is low and the awareness of patent management is not strong.In terms of technological development of intelligent manufacturing equipment industry in Henan Province,high-end CNC machine tools began to have patent applications in 1993,and the patent layout of industrial robots and 3D printing equipment was late.Zhengzhou,Xuchang,Xinxiang and Luoyang have strong technological innovation strength,but the research hotspots are different.The upstream development of the intelligent manufacturing equipment industry chain is prominent,and the downstream technology development in the middle reaches is weak.Finally,according to the conclusion of the full text,some suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening industryuniversity-research cooperation,introducing talents,leading development with advantageous cities,strengthening patent management,and building a perfect industrial chain integration system. |
