Research On Construction Management Of Capitals In Ming Dynasty

The research object of this thesis is the capital construction and management about the Ming Dynasty.On the basis of full reading of historical materials,the author plans to discuss the evolution of construction management,personnel management,funding sources,construction material preparation and other related matters.Except for the introduction and conclusion,the thesis is divided into five parts.The first chapter introduces the history of the construction management institutions of the Ming Dynasty,which aims to understand the changes in the functions of the institutions and institutions responsible for the construction.Meanwhile,The main content is to conduct textual research on the construction organization and its function evolution,including the functions and changes of the general department responsible for the construction before the emperor and the department responsible for the construction of the Ministry of Industry after the founding of the Ming Dynasty.However,the Ministry of Industry is not the only one responsible for the national construction.Ying Tianfu and Shun Tianfu are also responsible for part of the construction management.This chapter will explore this issue.The second chapter is management of construction engineering personnel,which Contains management and construction personnel two parts,construction project management personnel refers to the management national construction project officials,Ming ting various national major construction project management officials team has a certain common,but in different periods also presents some characteristics,this section based on historical data,sort out the commonness and characteristics of national major construction project management officials.The construction personnel included men,prisoners,soldiers,craftsmen,and so on.Men,prisoners,and shift craftsmen later realized silver,and soldiers were occupied by the construction service,unable to carry out normal arms training.The third Chapter is construction valuation materials and funding sources.Before the interior construction project starts,it is necessary to estimate the construction cost and the amount of construction materials,which is the valuation calculation of the construction project.The valuation plan is jointly determined by the Ministry of Industry and the internal officials,but in fact it is a eunuch dictatorship.The eunuch dictatorship led to the inflated valuation of national construction.In order to raise the inflated construction costs,the Ming court,in addition to using the Treasury of the Ministry of Industry,also borrowed other yamen funds,opened cases,and ordered the subjects to donate salaries and donations,which caused a bad influence.The fourth Chapter is Construction material preparation,which examines the construction materials such as wood,brick materials,focusing on the analysis of the harm caused by the eunuch collection.The fifth chapter is regard to thinking of building management system.This chapter researches the causes of construction management system corruption.The construction management system is related to politics.The reason why the construction management power of the ministry is deprived of by the eunuch is mainly due to the political attachment of the high-level officials such as the ministry’s Shangshu and Shilang to the Eunuch,so the unreasonable requirements for the eunuch can only be met.The fundamental reason is that they are all the appendages of the emperor,so their corruption will not be effectively monitored.
