As the era of big data explosion,big data is a new economic growth point following the time of traditional production factors,activating the hope of traditional industries.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee also mentioned the construction requirements of Digital China again.Digital application has become a new growth point for the economy in the traditional field.Under the new situation,"digital transformation" is a new growth point for the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.With the gradual and steady development of China’s economy,the economic growth rate of the construction industry has also slowed down significantly.Under this background,this paper focuses on the application research of Digital Collaborative Management Technology in construction engineering,and takes the core R &D base project of National Biotechnology Innovation Center as an example to compare the practical effects of application theory and explore the practical significance.The optimization and improvement of traditional management objectives include personnel,machinery,quality,progress,safety and management issues.In view of the above six management problems existing in the traditional construction project management mode of the core R &D base project of the national synthetic biotechnology innovation center,this paper aims to verify the application and theory of the digital collaborative management mode.Digital technology is now widely used in the management of the construction site in construction projects,focusing on visual construction,operation monitoring and personnel information management to prevent potential construction safety hazards.Most of the generated data information comes from the construction stage.Similarly,the strong interactivity and accuracy of the data have weak requirements for data processing,that is,the requirements for background algorithm are not high.It is only used in the construction stage,without breaking the barriers of the stage and the ability of collaborative management.This paper will focus on the six management issues of safety,quality,progress,personnel,machinery and civilized construction in engineering project management.By using the transformation and upgrading theory of digital driven traditional engineering project management,this paper will focus on the five management elements of human,material,machine,law and environment in the core R &D base of the national synthetic biotechnology innovation center,Combing the possible problems of the project under the traditional project management mode,this paper discusses the management mode studied,the digital collaborative management mode of the project,the data input from the design stage,the full life cycle management of the project,emphasizing the data processing of the background algorithm,so as to make intelligent decisions,optimize the management effect and improve the efficiency,and the data of each stage forms a data flow,Establish a data management integration platform,break the barriers in the construction stage and realize collaborative management.Through the analysis of the key and difficult points of the case project,the possible problems under the traditional project management mode are compared with the management effect under the digital collaborative management mode in six project management dimensions.The final results show that relying on the digital collaborative management mode is more conducive to improve the project management ability.
